中文摘要：	农产品（Agri-product）是人们的生活必需品，农产品的质量安全关系到群众的生活质量和全社会的健康。而近年来，我国农产品质量安全事故频频发生，农产品质量安全状况令人担忧。 农产品供应链（Agricultural Supply Chain）是农产品“由田间到餐桌”这一生产流通过程所涉及到的农户、农产品加工企业、农产品物流企业、农产品销售企业（生鲜超市）直到消费者所构成的网络体系。 本文以农产品供应链为研究对象，侧重于从供应链的角度去研究农产品的质量安全问题。文章分析了农产品质量安全问题产生的原因，并提出了基于供应链的农产品质量安全管理模式，分析了农户、供应链企业和零售商（超市）在农产品质量安全管理中的作用。 保障农产品的质量安全要选择具有质量保障意识和能力的供应链合作伙伴，本文给出了合作伙伴选择的方法和合作伙伴评价的指标体系。农产品供应链上的信息共享能够提高供应链整体绩效，对于保障农产品质量安全意义巨大。本文分析了信息共享的价值来源和阻力来源，并利用委托代理理论设计了信息共享的激励模型。农产品供应链必须建立公平合理的利益分配机制才能保障供应链的稳定运行，进而保障农产品质量安全。本文建立了一个考虑货币时间价值的多阶段利益分配模型。文章对农产品供应链资产专用性、垂直协作的方式（生产合同、销售合同、垂直一体化等）及其对质量安全的影响机理进行了研究。最后，文章通过蒙牛液态奶供应链和家乐福生鲜供应链的多案例比较分析，对基于供应链的农产品质量安全管理模式及其保障机制进行了验证。
英文摘要：	Agri-products is one of the necessities of daily life, and the quality of agri-products is related to the quality of people’s life and the health of society.But in recent years, agri-products safety accidents occurred frequently in China, so the agri-products safety situation is worrying. Agri-Supply Chain is the production and distribution system of agri-products from farm to dinning table,and this process involves farmers, agri- products processing enterprises, logistics enterprises, salers（supermarkets）, end consumers and so on. In this thesis,we choose the quality safety of agri-products as our studying object,from the view of Agri-Supply Chain Management（ASCM）. In this thesis, we analyses the reasons of Agri-products quality and safety problems,and put forward the Agri-product quality safety management pattern based on Supply Chain,and analyze the role peasants,coorporations and supermarket plays in quality safety. For the purpose of peotecting agri-products safety,we must choose partners that own awareness and ability of quality safety,this thesis sets up an indicator system of evaluating ASC partners and gives the methods of choosing partners. Information sharing on Agricultural supply chain can improve the supply chain’ performance,and it plays an important role to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products. The thesis analyses the value and resistance of information sharing, and designs an incentive model of information sharing with the Principal-Agent theory.At the same time, Agri-Supply Chain has to set up a fair and reasonable benefit distribution mechanism to protect the the stable operating of the supply chain. This thesis creates a multi-stage profits allocation model considerating of the time value of money。 This article studies asset specificity, vertical coordination method （production contracts, sales contracts, vertical integration）of the agricultural supply chain and their impact on the quality and safety of agri-products. Finally, the article verify the agricultural products quality safety management pattern and protection mechanism based on supply chain by a multi-case comparative analysis of Mengniu liquid milk supply chain and Carrefour fresh supply chain.
