中文摘要：	近些年来，在一些行业中逐渐出现了基于风险共担的供应链价格保护策略合同，不愿意承担过大风险的供应商和零售商双方签定有最高保护价格和最低保护价格的供应链价格保护合同，通过合同来使双方共同承担风险并使各自的利润有所改进。这样的合同出现在了农产品行业、化肥零售行业和地板行业等。 基于以上背景，本文以农产品行业为例，考虑由一个农产品零售商和一个农民（供应商）构成的供应链，假设农民（供应商）完全实行订单生产，在未采用供应链价格保护合同策略之前，由于存在双重边际化效应，无法实现供应链协调。通过供应链价格保护合同中最高保护价格和最低保护价格的合理设定，能鼓励农产品零售商多订货，可能能使供应链达到协调。本文首先探讨了供应链价格保护策略合同模型，然后以未采用供应链价格保护策略集中决策作为标杆，得到了供应链价格保护策略合同达到协调的条件。再以未采用供应链价格保护策略分散决策时农产品零售商和农民（供应商）的最优利润作为底线，得到双方在供应链达到协调时的帕累托改进条件以及利润分配机制。同时，本文也探讨了在供应链无法达到协调时的帕累托改进情况，在此情况下本文以双方达到帕累托改进为条件，以最优化双方总利润为目标。 论文采用数学模型进行分析，并对各个参数进行了数值算例分析，研究了供应链价格保护策略合同对供应链协调和帕累托改进的影响，为供应链价格保护策略合同的参数设定提供了科学的依据，具有一定的理论意义和现实指导意义。
英文摘要：	Recently，supply chain price guarantee strategy contract based on risk sharing emerged in some industry．Suppliers and retailers unwilling to bear excessive risks signed supply chain price guarantee contract with highest protection price and lowest protection prices．Through the contracts，both sides could share the risks and improve respective profits．Such contract appeared in agricultural industry，fertilizer retail industry and flooring industries． Under such background，this paper takes agricultural industry as an example，and considers a supply chain made of an agricultural retailer and a farmer (supplier)．Suppose the farmer (supplier) completely produces by orders．Before both sides adopt supply chain price protection contract strategies，the supply chain couldn’t coordinate because of double marginalization effect．Through supply chain price protection contract with highest protective price and lowest protection prices，the farmer can encourage agricultural retailers order more products and the supply chain may reach Coordination．Firstly，this paper discussed supply chain price protection strategy contract model．Then the paper discussed centralized decision and decentralized decision when both sides don’t adopt supply chain price guarantee strategy，so that we get the conditions that supply chain can achieve coordination．After that，the paper compared the profits of both sides when they don’t adopt such contract with the profits when they adopt such contract．Then we get the conditions that both sides can achieve Pareto improvement．The paper also discussed how to achieve Pareto improvements when the supply chain can’t Coordinate． The model is validated by numerical analysis at last．The paper studied the impact of supply chain supply chain price guarantee strategy for the supply chain and can help both sides set the parameters of the contract．So the paper has theoretical significance and practical significance.
