中文摘要：	在项目管理中，专门将沟通管理作为一个知识领域。项目管理知识体系指南中也建议项目经理要花75%以上时间在沟通上。项目沟通管理是指人际之间及时与恰当的生成、搜集、传播、存储、检索和最终处置项目信息所需的过程。它是保持项目顺利进行的必要条件，它为人员和信息提供了取得成功所必须的关键联系和途径，沟通失败常常对项目特别是系统IT项目的成功造成最大威胁。 目前各软件公司在经历了各种项目失败后，逐渐总结经验教训从而认识到，没有有效完善的沟通管理，公司的运作会存在巨大的隐患。沟通管理不仅行业标准和客户理所应当的需求，也是各企业的主观要求。当今信息技术领域在不断发展，芯片制造型企业又有其高科技的特性，这些都使软件系统项目人员与制造运营人员之间的沟通交流更加复杂和困难。尽管现在能够使用计算机的人越来越多，但是随着各领域技术的发展进步，系统软件用户与系统软件项目成员之间的专业差距也越来越大。当IT项目人员与制造设计运营人员进行沟通时，双方各自领域的技术差别常常使问题增多。因此，芯片制造型企业系统软件项目的沟通管理更加复杂和庞大。 为此，本文从IT项目管理理论和项目沟通管理理论的基础出发，阐述了沟通管理的重要性。介绍了S芯片制造企业及其所在领域的背景，分析阐述MES需求的背景。结合MES在制造型企业信息化管理中的重要地位和作用，深入研究S芯片制造企业MES项目沟通管理的现状和进行沟通管理的动因，希望可以在项目进行计划、执行、控制和收尾的控制过程中的项目沟通管理提供有效途径和实例参考，使企业降低在项目沟通中造成的损失。
英文摘要：	Project communications management is very important part of project management. PMBOK also suggested project manager should spend more than 75% time on communications. Project communications management is the communication between human and proper time, collecting, storing, retrieving and spread, the disposal process of project required information. It is necessary condition to make project go smoothly, communications failure often caused the biggest threat especially for software project. After many software companies suffer projects’ failure, they realize that if there’s no effective communications management, operations will have high risk. It’s the requirement both for enterprises and customers. Although people can use computers in more areas, but with the development of technology progress, the difference between software users and project members is larger. The technology problems often become complicated when the software project staff communications with manufacturing operations’ staff. So, the software project communications management becomes more and more complex and huge for the manufacturing enterprise. Therefore, base on IT project management theory and communications theory, this article expounds the importance of communications management. Introduces S manufacturing enterprises and the background of the field, and analyzes the background of MES requirement. Combined with the important role and position of MES in manufacturing enterprise, thorough investigate S manufacturing enterprise MES project management motivation of communications, hope to better control project and provide effective communications in planning, implementation, control and ending. To reduce the loss in project communications management .
