中文摘要: | 随着世界进入创业型经济时代,创业活动的强势浪潮在世界各个主要国家兴起。顺应这一趋势,中国的创业活动也有了空前的发展,创业型中小企业对国民经济的良好刺激促进作用也得到了体现。创业团队作为创业活动的执行者,在创业活动中居于主导地位。在中国,创业团队在开展创业活动的过程中,往往受到各种外部和内部条件的挑战和制约,因而存活率低下、团队成员流失率高的现象,进而极大影响了创业活动的成功率。 本文在基于学术界对于创业管理和企业人才流失管理的相关理论基础上,选取具有典型特征的A创业项目团队流失案例进行分析,同时结合中国创业活动相关的实际情况,对A创业团队成员流失的问题进行了研究。结合案例,本文提出了A创业团队成员流失的影响因素,并针对A创业团队成员流失的相关影响因素提出了相应的对策。 全文共分为五章: 第一章为绪论,主要提出了文章研究背景,研究问题,研究方法和结构。 第二章将对本文有指导意义的创业管理和人才流失相关的理论进行了简要回顾。 第三章首先对A创业项目团队成员流失案例进行了描述,然后描述了A创业团队成员流失的具体原因进行了分析。 第四章结合第二章的相关理论,联系第三章对A创业项目团队运作的案例描述,对A创业团队成员流失的影响因素进行了分析。 第五章针对A创业团队成员流失的影响因素,分析了解决相关问题的对策。 作者拥有多次的合伙创业经历,对创业团队管理有着自己的认识,在论文的写作过程中听取了相关有经验人士的意见和建议,同时,作者将创业管理中创业精神研究、创业团队研究和人力资源管理中间的人才流失管理研究相关内容结合起来,期望能对创业团队管理带来有益的借鉴。 | |
英文摘要: | As the world enters the era of Entrepreneur Economy, an upsurge of entrepreneur activities prevails in all major countries. Following this trend, entrepreneur activities in China are also thriving, which gives the national economy an essential push forward. Entrepreneur team, as executors of entrepreneur activities, is playing a dominant position. In china, entrepreneur teams are facing different kinds of internal or external challenges and restraints. Therefore,many teams are suffering from a high rate and low rate of survival, which significantly hinders entrepreneur activities. Based on theories on entrepreneurship and brain drain, this thesis analyzes a typical case---“A” project. This thesis also studies the brain drain problems of “A” entrepreneur team upon analyses of current entrepreneurship-related status in China. On the basis of the case and status, the author presents the affecting factors for brain drain problems in “A” entrepreneur team and researches on the solutions of them. This thesis consists of five chapters: The first chapter is a preamble. It introduces of the background of this research, the researched subjects, research methods and the structure of this thesis. The second chapter consists of narrations of current theories related to the subject of this thesis, including theories about entrepreneurship and staff brain drain. The third chapter is a case description about “A” project and “A” entrepreneur team. In the forth chapter, the author presents the affecting factors of brain drain problems in “A” entrepreneur team, basing on related theories and the case study depicted in the last three chapters. The fifth chapter is a solution study. In this chapter, the author does some researches on the solutions to brain drain problems in “A” entrepreneur team. The author has experiences in a few entrepreneur teams and achieved his own understanding of entrepreneurship. During the composition of this thesis, the author acquired advice and suggestions from many experienced entrepreneurs. At meantime, the author merges theories about entrepreneurship, human resource management and organizational behavior, with the hope to offer entrepreneur teams reference and assistance. | |
