中文摘要：	随着我国经济建设快速发展，我国钢铁产业也进入了高速发展期，同时钢铁产能和需求的快速增长也促进了钢铁流通业的膨胀式发展。作为我国钢铁流通业中的主要群体——钢铁贸易企业，一方面由于其能够解决了钢铁流通供应链上游钢铁生产企业和下游终端用户在资金及结算方式等方面的矛盾，现在依然有其存在的必要性；但另一方面，其原有的单一业务模式在新的发展形势下也面临着重大挑战；如果不能最大限度地降低流通成本、提供更多的增值服务、更好的满足客户的需求变化，那么在现有的流通市场会有被边缘化甚至淘汰的危险。我国传统钢铁贸易企业，尤其是那些大型的钢铁贸易企业，该如何面对和适应这种变化，及时进行战略提升与转型发展，已经成为业内共同关注的—个重大话题。 本文首先在绪论部分指明了研究的目的和意义，并对国内外的研究现状进行了总结，然后就供应链整合的有关理论进行了回顾。在随后的讨论中具体分析了我国钢铁贸易企业的经营现状，以及他们在我国现有的几种钢铁流通模式中的位置及变化趋势；接下来分析了钢铁贸易企业发展面临的重大挑战和机遇及战略转型的必要性。在探讨战略转型的方向时，通过借鉴国外钢铁发达国家的钢铁流通模式和其他行业贸易企业的成功经验，作者提出钢铁贸易企业通过整合钢铁流通供应链来获得竞争优势，并提出了整合过程中的两个关键因素：战略合作伙伴的选择与管理及信息系统平台的构建。然后对供应链战略合作伙伴的选择标准和对其的管理机制进行了分析，最后分析了钢铁贸易企业建设供应链管理信息系统的业务需求，并探讨了信息系统的设计及其应用能带来的效益。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of China's economic construction, steel industry has entered into a high-speed development period. At the same time, the rapid growth of demand and production capacity of the steel also promote the expansion development of the steel circulation industry. Being the major group of China's steel circulation industry, the steel trade enterprises can solve the problems of the steel circulation supplying chain, such as the capital and the settlement contradictions between the upstream steel production enterprises and downstream end-users. In such a case, the existence of the steel trade enterprises is still necessary. However, their original and single business model is facing serious challenges in the new situation. If they can’t minimize the circulation cost, provide more value-added services and better meet the changing needs of customers, they will be marginalized, even be eliminated from the existing market. For China's traditional steel trade enterprises, especially for those grand ones, how to face and adapt to this change, as well as strategic enhance and transformation, have become a common concern topic of the industry. This thesis firstly identifies the research purpose in the introduction, and makes a summary of the situations of the research and study at home and abroad, then expounds the theory of the supply chain integration. In the subsequent discussion, the thesis tries to analyze the present operating situation of China's steel trade enterprises, as well as their status in China's several steel circulation modes and the changing trend. The thesis also pays attention to the studies of significant challenges and opportunities of the steel trade enterprises and the necessity of the strategic transformation. In the discussion of the direction of the strategic transformation, through reference to the steel circulation model of the developed foreign steel industry and the successful experiences of other trade enterprises, the thesis proposes that the steel trade enterprises can gain competitive advantage through integrated supply chain of steel circulation, and summarizes two key sectors of the integrated process: the choice and management of the supply chain strategic partners, and the construction of information systems platform. In the end, the thesis manages to analyze the business needs of the steel trade enterprises to build the supply chain management information system, and the design, as well as the benefits it can bring.
