中文摘要: | 随着经济环境的迅速变化,大型企业集团为了适应外部环境中不断出现的大量不确定性,逐渐由传统的层级组织开始向网络组织方向发展,子公司的角色也随之由过去的被动接受命令型开始向主导创新型发生转变。近年来,学界已经开始关注于子公司的这种演变,子公司主导行为作为促进子公司角色演变的重要力量已经进入研究者的视野,但目前的研究一般都是探讨何种因素如何影响子公司主导行为的产生与实施,对于子公司主导行为的具体后果及影响始终鲜少有研究涉及。本文从当前主流研究的逆向角度思考,试图对子公司主导行为对网络构型的影响进行初步研究。 本文偏重于理论探索,在对此前研究者文献及理论的回顾基础之上,从组织理论与子公司主导行为的内在逻辑关系入手,以母子公司关系网络为基本视角,在参考前人研究成果的基础之上,运用组织理论和网络分析方法尝试着建立了子公司的主导行为机制框架,并试探性提出关于子公司主导行为对网络构型影响的议题。 全文共分为四个部分。第一部分是导论,主要阐释了子公司主导行为的网络影响研究的背景及意义、研究思路、研究方法等;第二部分是全文的理论基础,主要是对研究所涉及到的理论和前人文献进行评述,是后面研究的铺垫。第三部分是文章的重点,基于前两章的理论基础,进行了理论发展,构建了子公司主导行为的机制框架,并且建立了子公司网络构型的模型,并对论文的中心议题进行详细阐述,是文章的落脚点。主要是基于组织理论核心和网络视角,通过理论推导,提出关于子公司主导行为如何影响网络构型的议题,第三章是全文的核心和创新所在。第四章则是通过对海信集团个案进行分析,用以辅证命题。 | |
英文摘要: | With the rapidly changing economic environment, large enterprise groups in order to meet emerging external environment, a large number of uncertainties, from the traditional hierarchical organization gradually began to develop in the direction to the network organization, the role of subsidiaries also will passively accept orders from the past type began to lead innovation to change. In recent years, scholars have begun to focus on the evolution of such subsidiaries, subsidiary, subsidiary of a leading role to promote the evolution of behavior as a major force has entered the field of vision researchers, but the current study are generally subsidiary to explore what factors influence production and implementation of leading acts, acts lead to the specific consequences of subsidiaries and impact of research has rarely involved. This emphasis on theoretical exploration, researchers in the previous review of literature and theoretical basis of organizational behavior theory and the leading subsidiary of the internal logic to start, to parent-subsidiary relationship network as the basic perspective, in reference to previous study results basis, the use of organizational theory and network analysis to try to establish a subsidiary, the leading behavior of the institutional framework, and led exploratory behavior on the subsidiary effects of network configuration issues. The paper is divided into four parts.
