中文摘要：	电网企业固定资产的特点为其资产管理带来许多困难，传统的固定资产管理模式无论从效率还是效益上都难以适应其经营管理新形势的需要。目前全国电网企业正在深入推进企业及电网发展方式的转变，国家电网公司在此基础上提出资产全寿命周期管理的发展战略，以期提升固定资产的管理水平。 本文在上述制度背景下，结合C电力公司目前正在实施的ERP项目对电网企业的固定资产管理方法和流程进行了一个全面梳理。论文首先介绍了资产全寿命周期管理理论，通过引入这一全新理论，为电网企业的固定资产管理改革奠定理论基础。本文第三章归纳分析了电网企业固定资产的特点，分析了电网企业固定资产管理中存在的问题。基于资产全寿命周期管理理论和电网企业固定资产管理现状，本文的第四章进行全寿命周期管理理论在电网企业的具体运用分析。文章的第五章结合C电力公司正在实施的ERP项目，对资产全寿命周期管理在C电力公司的运用提出可行的实施方案，从而构建了一套基于ERP信息平台的固定资产全寿命周期管理模式，并对上述模式在应用过程中的保障措施提出了些许要求。 本文应用案例研究的方法探讨了基于ERP信息平台的固定资产全寿命周期管理在C电力公司的应用。本文的写作恰逢电网企业内部改革之际，具有很强的现实意义和应用价值。同时，本文对电网企业固定资产全寿命管理的各个方面进行了较为全面的梳理。
英文摘要：	The characteristics of fixed assets bring difficulties to the fixed asset management for grid enterprise. The traditional fixed asset management model can hardly meet the need of the new management form in terms of both efficiency and effectiveness. Recently the State Grid Corporation carry forward the deeply transformation in the way of enterprise and grid development. The State Grid Corporation put forward a strategy that is called Life Cycle Asset Management in order to improve fixed asset management level. The paper introduces Life Cycle Asset Management theory for grid enterprise’s fixed asset reform firstly. The third Chapter summarizes the characteristics of grid enterprise’s fixed assets, and analyzes several problems they exist. Based on Life Cycle Management theory and the current situation of grid enterprise’s fixed asset management, the fourth chapter carries out the detail application of Life Cycle Asset Management for grid enterprise. And the last part of the paper proposes a perfect Life Cycle Asset Management model based on enterprise resource planning system, and further find out some requirements of the above application. The paper analyses the application of Life Cycle Asset Management on C grid enterprise based on enterprise resource planning. The content of the paper is in accordance with gird enterprise’s internal reform and has some value for practice. At the same time the paper summarizes all parts of Life Cycle Asset Management.
