| 中文摘要: | 网络学术期刊在现代信息技术、网络技术及多媒体技术迅速发展的背景下,日益成为稳定、高效的知识传播载体及学术交流渠道,有效地促进了科技情报的增值、存储与交流,并改善了科技信息的传播效力。然而网络学术期刊的发展同样面临着如何实现期刊自身社会价值与经济价值的均衡,以及如何提高网络期刊学术地位与影响力等一系列的发展瓶颈与难题。 本研究将Gatekeeping机制引入网络学术期刊信息控制实践的各个系统环节中,从网络学术期刊自身的信息控制环节入手,研究如何提高网络学术期刊的信息质量与信息共享的实效。通过构建网络学术期刊系统间的利益主体模型,剖析并得出用以提升网络学术期刊信息控制效力的策略体系与层级结构。 论文首先研究了传统纸质载体的学术期刊信息控制的相关理论基础与研究成果,从网络学术期刊由兴起到发展过程中所遇到的亟待解决的问题出发,总结出已有研究的局限性和本研究的理论与现实意义。其次采用问卷法研究得出网络学术期刊发展的影响因素及用户使用现状,将网络学术期刊信息控制系统分为稿源系统、编辑系统、审稿系统和反馈系统。通过分析网络学术期刊信息控制系统间的利益均衡情况,构建出Gatekeeping信息控制机制下的博弈支付矩阵,探究影响各系统运作的影响因素和调控基础,从而揭示网络学术期刊信息控制的可行机制与构建模式。最后本文以《图书情报工作网刊》的运行情况作为案例,分析Gatekeeping机制在实际应用过程取得的效果以及遇到的问题,为该机制运行和普及提供实践依据和改进建议。进而得出基于Gatekeeping机制的用以提高网络学术期刊信息质量与学术影响地位的信息控制机制和体系。 本文创新点主要包括: 1.建立了网络学术期刊信息控制的Gatekeeping机制,研究在该机制下网络学术期刊信息控制各系统的功能层次、角色定位以及机制选型。 2.通过博弈矩阵模型的分析,为网络学术期刊如何进行信息控制,满足系统内各主体的“利益均衡”,提供控制依据和把关基础。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of modern information network technology and multimedia technology, Online Academic Journals increasingly come to be some kinds of stable and efficient dissemination of knowledge and academic communication channels, and effectively promote the value of intelligence in the area of storage and communication, also improve the effectiveness of information dissemination. However, the development of Online Academic Journals face the problems are how to achieve the balance of social and economic values, and how to improve the Online Academic Journals status and influence. This thesis introduces Gatekeeping mechanism into the various information control practice session of Online Academic Journals systems, and research how to improve the quality of Online Academic Journals and information sharing effectiveness. By building interest model between stakeholders of Online Academic Journals, this thesis analyzes and enhances the effectiveness of Online Academic Journals strategy of information control system and hierarchical structure. Firstly, the study investigates the information control theory and research of traditional paper-based vector academic journals, then sums up the limitations of the past research and theoretical and practical significance of this study. Secondly, this thesis obtains the factors affecting the development of Online Academic Journals and readers using status by questionnaire, and divides the information control system of Online Academic Journals into manuscripts system, editing system, review system and feedback system. According to analysing the information control system stakeholder’s interest balance, the study builds up Gatekeeping game payoff matrix to explore the impact of the system factors and regulatory basis for Online Academic Journals to reveal the feasible mechanism for information control and mode. Finally, this research studys the operation of Library and Intelligence Service Journal Online as a case of Gatekeeping mechanism. In the process of obtaining the practical application of results and problems encountered of this case, this study analyses the mechanism and universal basis of information control, then provides practical recommendations for improvement. And then come to raise up the Gatekeeping mechanism to increase the quality and academic status of Online Academic Journals. The original points for this thesis are as follows: 1.Establishing the Gatekeeping mechanisms of information control for Online Academic Journals and investigates the Gatekeeping mechanisms function arrangement, system-level role and mechanism of selection. 2. By analysing the game matrix model to research how Online Academic Journals launch information control system, and ensure to meet the "balance of interests" between editorial department and anthor, then provide basis and gatekeeping of informatjon control. | |
