| 中文摘要： | 本文是在多项目管理的背景之下，特别针对奥的斯电梯公司新产品研发的多项目管理问题展开研究，根据该公司工程中心研发项目的实际流程和面对的实际问题，应用多项目选择和优先级调整的相关理论，对电梯产品研发的多项目管理进行分析研究。通过回顾新产品研发项目的管理理论和多项目管理的优先级评价相关理论为全文做好理论铺垫，突出了在当今企业的多项目管理中日益凸显的多项目优先级选择问题。然后针对奥的斯电梯公司新产品研发的多项目管理实际情况，选择了科学合理的评价指标对优先级选择建立框架，最终给出电梯产品研发的多项目管理优先级选择建议。 | |
| 英文摘要： | This thesis is born in the multi-project management background, especially focuses on the new product research and development multi-project management of OTIS Elevator Company, according to the actual process and the actual problem of this company’s engineering center R&D project, apply the multi-project management and priority choice related theory, to analyze and research the elevator product R&D multi-project management. Through review the new product R&D project management and multi-project management of priority choice related theory, to get ready for the deeply research, and emphasize the multi-project management of priority choice issue in multi-project management of nowadays enterprise. And then focuses on the reality of OTIS elevator company new product R&D multi-project management, choose some reasonable estimate indexes and build an framework to the priority choice of multi-project management, and give the priority choice suggestion of elevator product R&D multi-project management. | |
