中文摘要: | 随着世界经济的不断发展及科学技术水平的日益进步,逐步实现了信息的网络化,市场的全球化。客户的需求日益多样化,为适应不断发展变化的市场需求,各个企业纷纷寻找新的增长机会。本世纪八十年代以来,以快速响应市场、增加企业柔性、降低成本为目的供应链概念被提出以来,通过实践的检验,很多知名公司运用供应链管理的思想,通过供应链的优化受益匪浅。 本文运用了供应链管理的思想,对一家英国无纺布企业在中国天津的独资公司的供应链改进与优化进行了回顾和总结。 本文首先对BCA公司供应链的现状情况进行的描述和分析,指出了急待解决的三个主要环节存在的问题。在采购环节中,公司运用了层次分析法作为科学的理论依据进行供应商的选择和评价,并重新审核了与供应商之间的关系,试图建立起全新的合作伙伴关系。在内部生产环节中,通过TPM的实施,革命性地改变了生产部门的组织结构及运作方式;而对于生产计划,通过DBR的实施,实现了生产计划的柔性和敏捷性,并相应地增加了生产的柔性和敏捷性以适应客户的需求。对于库存和物流环节,通过包装材料JIT的实现和产成品SMOI方式的实施,公司内部及客户端的库存水平都有了明显的下降,实现了整个供应链的共赢。 在BCA公司供应链的改进和优化的过程中,应用了很多先进和管理理念并进行了大胆的尝试,为国内其他的制造型企业引进先进的管理思想和生产方式,并结合自身实际灵活运用具有很大的实际意义。 | |
英文摘要: | As the world economic development and technology improvement, information on internet already came true and the market is going to be globalized. In order to adapt to the changeable market situation and more and more specified customer requirement, all companies are looking for new opportunity for developing. From 1980’s, Supply Chain Management was raised up to speed up the market response, make the production more flexible and reduce the production cost. Some world famous company take the Supply Chain Management concept and use it into its operation, and get good benefit from it. In this paper, theory of supply chain is adopted chiefly to summarize the supply chain improvement result in an British solely foreign funded Nonwovens enterprise, which located in Tianjin, China. Firstly, the author describes the current supply chain situation and makes analysis on it to find out 3 main issues need to be solved as soon as possible. In purchasing, the company used the theory of AHP (Aalytic Hierarchy Process) to make supply evaluation and selection scientifically, at the same time, the company also re-considered about the relationship with its suppliers and try to build up totally new partner relationship with them. In internal production, by the implementation of TPM, it changed the organization and operation method of production department revolutionarily. And for planning part, as the implement of DBR, it realized the planning flexibility and agility, and as the consequence, the production came to be more flexible and agile to meet the customers’ requirement. For inventory and logistics, the company put forward the JIT strategy on packing material and SMOI strategy on finish goods, the cause the inventory goes down both for the company and customer, then realize the win-win of whole supply chain. During the process of BCA company’s supply chain optimization and improvement, a lot of advanced management theories are put forward and tried boldly. All experiences could be reapplied in local company trying to use an advanced management system or advanced production model. | |
