中文摘要：	随着我国交通基础设施建设的飞速发展,交通的规划与建设已经成为城市发展过程中的重要工程。交通软件项目建设的扩大、升级或换代，已成为大中型城市交通规划建设中的重要部分。交通软件开发项目的数量和规模都在不断加大，而与一般软件开发项目相比，交通软件开发项目的规模大、对交通运输建设意义重大、影响面广，这些因素都对交通软件开发项目的实施质量、项目管理水平提出更高的要求。 A公司长期从事地理信息系统和交通领域信息化的研究和应用工程建设工作，其交通软件开发项目的数量和规模都在日益增加。交通软件开发项目的实施质量直接影响A公司的经营状况。能力成熟度模型集成是一套用于研发过程改进的模型，如何将能力成熟度模型集成应用于对A公司交通软件开发项目实施过程的改进方面，以提升其交通软件开发项目的整体实施水平，成为A公司关注的重点问题。 本文通过对A公司一系列交通软件开发项目进行分析，找出其交通软件开发项目实施中的问题，结合能力成熟度模型集成对A公司交通软件开发项目进行差距分析，发现影响项目实施质量的关键在于软件开发的实施过程，继而找出交通软件开发项目关键过程中的问题，对这些关键过程提出改进方法和改进目标，通过对交通软件开发项目关键过程进行改进，对A公司交通软件开发项目的过程进行优化，使项目实施质量得到保障。 对A公司交通软件开发项目的实施过程进行改进的目的在于充分利用现有的条件，通过对关键过程进行优化调整，提升A公司交通软件开发项目的实施质量。本文针对不同规模和工期的项目设计了实用性较强的实施过程，可为其他交通软件企业提供参考。
英文摘要：	As the rapid development of the transport infrastructure’s construction, transportation planning and construction process has become an important project of city’s development. Transportation construction software projects to expand the software, upgrade or change into new generation have become the important part of urban transportation planning and construction. Traffic software development projects’ number and size is increasing, but compared with the general software development projects, they are large-scale, building of great significance for transport and affect a wide range. These factors demand the traffic software development projects’ quality of implementation and project management to a higher level. The company engaged in the field of Geographic Information System and the research of information technology application on the transportation construction work. The traffic software development projects’ number and size is growing. The quality of those projects directly affects the implementation of the company's operation. Capability Maturity Model Integration is a model for the development of process improvement, how to apply CMMI to the company’s traffic software development projects’ process to enhance its overall development level became concerned about the company. This thesis analyzed the traffic software development projects of the company to identify the issues of those projects’ implementation, use CMMI to make a gap analysis about the company. After the gap analysis we found that the key factor affect the quality of projects’ implementation is the process of software development. Then we found out the key problems in the processes of traffic software development projects and make the improving methods and objectives of these key processes. Through the improvement of the projects’ key processes to optimize the company’s traffic software development projects’ implementation and guarantee the quality of projects. The aim of the improvement of the company’s transport software development projects’ processes is use the existing conditions to enhance the quality of projects by optimize the key process. The thesis designs a series of practical processes of project for different size; those processes can be used by other traffic software development company.
