| 中文摘要: | 摘要 由于全球金融危机的冲击,如今电器行业市场竞争越发激烈,很多企业不适应市场的激烈变化,不能加快产业结构调整,开始纷纷倒闭。我们经过对这类企业进行研究,最后得出,这些企业失败的主要原因有:首先,这些企业的高级管理岗位任职人员素质不高,常常把个人利益凌驾于企业利益之上,在新的市场竞争环境下,不能准确定位企业新的利益增长点,加快调整产业结构,使企业经济效益下滑,逐渐走向衰败;其次,这些企业普通岗位任职人员素质不高,由于企业不注重对员工的培训,员工素质得不到培养,并且企业中裙带关系严重,员工的晋升空间极小,所以员工工作积极性不高,严重影响了日常工作效率的提升;再次,企业产品链较短,产品被模仿及被替代性强,企业也不注重对产品质量的控制,没有了产品的价格优势和高质量的服务,最终导致产品的市场竞争力差,逐渐被激烈的市场竞争所淘汰,这个失败原因归根到底也是由于生产及技术部门任职人员素质差决定的。因此,做为企业的领导者必须充分认识到,企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,没有高素质的人才,企业就难以发展。员工的素质决定着企业的生存与发展。 本文针对B企业员工素质测评实例进行研究。首先,对员工素质测评的研究背景、研究对象进行了介绍;其次,阐述了员工素质测评的概念和本质,回顾了国内外有员工素质测评的理论基础;然后,对B企业组织开展员工素质测评情况进行了阐述。接着,对B企业员工素质测评结果进行分析比较,总结与评价本次员工测评的效果;最后对取得的成果、存在的问题以及改进意见一一进行了阐述。 以管理学、人力资源管理、组织行为学、经济学等学科的有关理论知识为依据,结合B企业员工素质测评实例,特别是测评结果的分析,力图探讨符合企业实际发展、与企业战略相适应的员工素质测评方案。 关键字:电气企业 员工素质 胜任素质模型 测评 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract As the global financial crisis, market competition of electrical industry become more and more vehemently. Many companies can not nether meet the intense changes in the market nor speed up industrial restructuring, therefore, they began to close down. Through the study of these enterprises, we came to the conclusion, the main reason for failure of these enterprises are: First, the quality of people in senior management positions are not high and they often put their Personal interests above interests of enterprises. In the new market competitive environment, if a company can not accurately locate the new growth points of interest, or speed up adjusting the structure, enterprise economy will decline and gradually to decline; Second, the quality of people in junior management positions are not high, companies do not focus on staff training ,so the staff are lack of training .The Nepotism is very serious and promotion space of staff is extremely small, so employees are not enthusiastic about the work, seriously affected the enhancement of daily work efficiency ; the last is that living space of the company's products is too small, products are easily imitated and Replaced . Enterprise do not focus on product quality control, without the price advantage and high quality services, Market competitiveness of the products will decline and Gradually eliminated by the fierce market competition. In the final analysis, failure is caused by quality of production and technical department staff. Therefore, the leaders of enterprise must fully aware that the competitiveness of enterprises is finally the competition of talent. Enterprise is hard to develop without high-quality personnel; the quality of employee determines Survival and Development of Compatible with the corporate strategy. The quality of staff determines the survival and development of enterprises. In this paper, B enterprise examples of quality assessment are studied. First, the staff evaluation of the quality of the background, subjects were presented; second, explained the concept and nature of staff quality assessment, reviewed theoretical basis for staff quality assessment home and abroad; Then, company B enterprise organizations carried out an elaborate quality assessment; next, the results of quality of evaluation on the B enterprise were analyzed and compared, summarize and evaluate of the effects of this staff evaluation; Finally, the results achieved, problems and improvements are described one by one. To management, human resources management, organizational behavior, economics and other disciplines as the basis for the theory of knowledge, combined with the quality of evaluation examples B enterprise, particularly the analysis of measurement results, aiming at discussing suitable for the actual development, and business strategy to adapt to staff quality assessment program.
