中文摘要: | 1978年以来,随着社会经济实力的增强,我国建筑业市场伴随着国家的经济建设和社会进步快速发展,但是普遍处于“快速度、低质量”;“高产值、低效益”; “强品牌、弱竞争力”的局面,与国外先进建筑企业的项目成本管理相比还存在着很大的差距,具体有:项目管理人员成本意识不强;成本管理手段落后,没有形成自上而下和自下而上的封闭反馈回路;成本管理的方法落后;项目成本管理体系不健全,等问题。为了应对越来越开放的市场,激烈的竞争,保持企业的快速、可持续发展,提高企业竞争力,就必须切实提高施工项目成本管理水平,进而提高企业的盈利水平。 本文以天津城建集团有限公司(以下简称:城建集团)施工项目管理作为研究背景,介绍了施工项目成本管理及目标成本管理理论,以及城建集团项目管理现状、存在问题及原因分析,并且通过以上分析,以及在写作过程中进行的走访和采集的资料、与相关人员的交流和沟通,为城建集团设计了项目目标成本管理体系实施方案,并通过项目目标成本管理体系在A项目施工过程中的运用进行实例分析论证,最后就项目目标成本管理体系在实施过程中的关键事项进行了说明。 | |
英文摘要: | Since 1978, with the social and economic grows strongly, China's construction market have had a rapid development, but generally at a "fast, low quality"; "high-value, low-efficiency"; "Strong Brand , the weak competitiveness "of the situation of construction enterprises with foreign advanced compared to the project cost management, there are still a wide gap, specifically: the project management staff cost consciousness is not strong; cost management methods are backward, not formed top-down and bottom-up closed feedback loop; cost management methods behind; project cost management system is not perfect, and so on. In response to increasingly open markets, competition, maintain a business fast, sustainable development and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, it is necessary to effectively improve the level of construction project cost management, thereby raising the level of corporate earnings.
