中文摘要:制药产业是一个快速发展的领域,随着科技发展和全球化进程,竞争日趋激烈。由于企业的内外部环境不断变化,如金融危机、医改政策和专利到期等,使其竞争环境更加动荡不安。因此,选择适合自身发展的竞争战略谋划未来,已成为当今企业的迫切需要。企业只有从战略管理的高度出发,不断提升自身的战略资源与核心能力,才能在危难中把握机遇,获得新的利润来源和成长空间。 本文以波特的产业环境和竞争战略理论、资源与能力理论为指导,并运用PEST、BCG等分析工具,对中美史克所处的外部环境和内部环境以及战略资源与核心能力进行了深入研究。通过系统分析,阐述了中美史克选择集中低成本战略的必要性,并深入剖析了其基于低成本战略的价值链及资源与能力构建,进而对价值链细分活动的结构性驱动因素和核心能力的技能构成提出了提升对策。同时,对中美史克生产运营中所存在的相应问题,给出了具体的改善建议。 本文的创新之处在于运用战略管理相关理论对中美史克进行了案例研究。通过产品市场层面和价值链层面的分析,明确其竞争战略选择、产品市场对策、价值链构建的系统对策及战略资源与核心能力的识别和提升对策。通过本文的分析和研究,希望有助于发现中美史克在目前战略定位和运营过程中所存在的主要问题和深层原因,为公司管理层提供明确的理论分析建议,从而不断提高中美史克的市场竞争力,进而实现长远健康发展。同时可以对国内其他制药企业的战略选择起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:The pharmacy industry is a fast growing field. With the technology development and the globalization progress, the competition will be intenser. Due to the internal and external environment of enterprise changing continuously, such as the financial crisis, the medical policy reform and the patent expiration, the company's competition environment will be more unstable. Therefore, chose the suitable development competitive strategy for future become enterprise’s urgent need currently. Only from the strategic management viewpoint, keep on promoting the strategic resources and the core competencies, the company can grasp the opportunity in the danger, gain a new business profit and growth. This thesis based on the Porter’s industrial environments and competitive strategy theory, use PEST, BCG and other analysis tools, deeply study the external and internal environment, the strategic resources and the core competencies of the Tianjin Smith Kline &French Laboratories Ltd. (TSKF). Through the systematically analysis, it elaborated the necessity of the low cost focus strategy for TSKF. Then deeply analyzed the low cost strategy value chain, resources and capability construction, and the promote method of the structural driving factors of value chain and the core competency. Meantime, provide specific improvement suggestions and solution measures for the corresponding problems in TSKF operations. The innovation in this thesis is using the strategic management theories to conduct a case study for TSKF. Through the product-market and value chain level’s analysis, it identified competitive strategy choice, product-market countermeasures, systematical measure of value chain construction and the strategic resources and core competencies promote measure. Through this analysis and study, it helps to identify the actual existence of the main issues and deep-seated reasons in TSKF current strategic positioning and operations process. In addition, provides the specific theoretical analysis suggestion for the company leading team. Thereby, continuously enhances the TSKF market competency and realizes the long-term healthy development. At the same time, provide a reference on strategic choice for other domestic pharmaceutical companies.
