中文摘要：	本论文关注焦点在于研究台湾厂商在大陆地区投资地点转移的趋势。过去关于台商在大陆市场的研究，多着重于投资单一区域与模式的探讨，但现在更值得注意的是，许多台湾企业正面临着在大陆的土地上发生投资转移它处的情形，使得已经在大陆的台商以及正准备进入的新台商有着不确定性与风险，造成许多台湾厂商付出极大的成本，而台商下一步将要转往大陆何处地点投资是本研究所要探讨的，期能以最贴近实务面的方式，给予台商一个更为清楚的宏观架构，帮助厘清台商在大陆投资区域转移的可能趋势。除此之外，更期望能从研究中的汇整分析过程里，获取有价值与意义的结论。 　 本研究内容总共分为七个部分论述： 第一部分在于了解论文的研究背景、动机、目的，做出论文的研究范围、 方法和流程。 第二部分为回顾相关的理论成果及文献。 第三部分是从相关的数据与文献的整体性研究基础上探讨台商赴大陆地区 的投资发展动机、因素、方式与历史过程以了解为何台商在大陆地区要一而再，再而三的转移其它投资地点。 第四部分主要在探讨大陆各个地区的综合竞争力对于影响台湾企业在大陆 的投资地点意向上可能带来的的磁吸效应。 第五部分为重心章，研究方式是从各种不同的分析角度来对台湾厂商在大 陆区域上进行投资转移的趋势探讨。 第六部分是在前面的研究基础上，对以上的研究归纳做出总结提出台湾厂 商未来在大陆地区的投资地点转移趋势以及所形成的模式形态。 第七部分则是针对本论文的研究不足地方和差异性论点进行检讨并且向台 商提出在大陆地区的投资建议。
英文摘要：	This thesis focuses on the regional transfer trend of Taiwan’s firm’s investment in Chinese mainland. Former study on Taiwan’s firm in Chinese mainland mainly emphasizes on the investment in single region and the mode of the investment. However, what’s need more attention is that many Taiwan’s firms are being faced with the situation of investment transfer to other region, which has made the entered and entering Taiwan’s firms faced with uncertainty and risk and caught many Taiwan’s firms to pay more. Where will Taiwan’s firms transfer their investment ranges in the area of this study. This study hopes to provide a clear macro-frame for the Taiwan’s firms and help them to understand the possible trend of Taiwan’s firm’s investment in Chinese mainland with the most practicable mode. Besides, the study hopes to reach valuable and meaningful conclusion through analytical review of former study. There are all seven parts of the study: Part Ⅰ mainly helps to understand the background, motion, purpose of the study, gives the scope, method and process of the study. Part Ⅱ reviews the relevant bibliography and study. Part Ⅲ explores the motivation, factor, mode and historic process of Taiwan’s firm’s investment in Chinese mainland, with the analysis of data and theory review. This helps to make clear why Taiwan’s firm’s investment transfer to other regions. Part Ⅳ mainly emphasizes on the magnetic reaction caused by the integrated competition fore to Taiwan’s firm’s investment intention in Chinese mainland. Part Ⅴ is the main part of the thesis. It studies the transfer trend of Taiwan’s firm’s in Chinese mainland from different points of view. Part Ⅵ arrives at the conclusion of the above mentioned parts, and points out the transfer trend and mode of future Taiwan’s firm’s investment in Chinese mainland. Part Ⅶ gives some deficiencies of the study and suggestions to Taiwan’s firm’s investment in Chinese mainland.
