| 中文摘要: | 在很多行业中,都存在着企业先成功后失败的情况,这被称为“成功综合症”,究其原因,企业发展壮大过程中形成的惯性(inertia)是问题的根源。在快速变化的市场环境下,固守惯性的企业必然失败。而随着经济全球化的日益发展和科学技术的突飞猛进,以及政治局势、生态环境、社会文化等因素的多重影响,企业生存的环境也处于快速的变化之中。多变复杂的环境也对企业提出了新的考验。另外,企业如何保持持续的发展一直是企业最关注的问题之一。为了实现持续的发展,既需要专注于现有产品和服务的改善,也要提高创新能力,为未来发展铺路。 二元组织作为解决上述三方面问题的有效途径,得到了国内外学者的广泛关注,越来越多关于二元组织理论的研究成果相继问世,其中包括探讨二元组织的基本含义,二元组织的构建要素、二元组织与企业绩效的关系等等,相关的实证研究也不在少数。但是,这些研究成果相对比较杂乱,缺乏体系,本文的写作主旨即为对二元组织理论开展基础性研究,对二元组织理论的研究成果进行系统的梳理和分析,从而希望为国内学者进一步开展二元组织理论研究提供参考,引发理论界对二元组织的更多关注,在实践上,希望通过对二元组织理论和经典案例介绍,对企业突破持续成长难题提供参考。 本文共分六章,从四个大方面着手对二元组织理论进行梳理和分析。首先对二元组织理论进行概述,介绍了二元组织相关基本概念,包括开发和探索、适应力和协作力,指出二元组织的管理学本质是管理组织悖论,并介绍了二元组织的结构模式等等。其次,梳理了国外学者进行二元组织研究的理论基础,包括组织理论、技术创新和变革理论、战略管理理论三个大的方面。再次,对学者们研究二元组织理论的主要角度进行了分析,包括:二元组织的基本内容、二元组织与绩效之间的关系、如何构建二元组织三个部分。二元组织的理论基础和主要研究视角是本文的最主要部分,因此本文用表格形式对以上研究内容进行了归纳总结。最后探讨性的提出了二元组织理论研究表、国外主要典型实证研究表,并对现有实证研究情况进行了分析。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Across industries there is a pattern in which success often precedes failure, which is known as the syndrome of success followed by failure. The essential reason for this syndrome is the inertia of firms. In a rapidly changing market environment, enterprises must cling to the result of failure. Moreover, with the growing globalization of the economy and the rapid scientific and technological progress, as well as the political situation, the environment, and socio-cultural factors such as the multiple effects, the business environment is in rapid changes. Changing complex environment also posed new challenges. In addition, maintaining enterprise’s constant development has been one of the most important issues to businesses. To achieve sustainable development, general managers and executives must constantly look backward, attending to the products and processes of the past, while also gazing forward, preparing for the innovations that will decline the future. As a solution to the above three problems, ambidextrous organization is an effective ways, and scholars have been widespread concern among a growing number of ambidextrous organization theory research results have been published, including the basic meaning of an ambidextrous organization, the nature of ambidextrous organization and the relationship between ambidextrous organizations and enterprises performance, etc., related empirical studies also far from a minority. However, these research results relatively promiscuity, the lack of system, the writing here is the thrust of each organization to carry out basic theoretical research on ambidextrous organizations theoretical research results screen and system analysis, and thus hope for the further development of domestic scholars ambidextrous organizations theoretical research to provide information to trigger theorists ambidextrous organizations more attention In practice, hopes to introduce dual organization theory and classical case, sustained growth of enterprises in difficulties reference. This thesis is divided into six chapters and analysis ambidextrous organization theory from the four major aspects. First of ambidextrous theory outlined organizations, introduced two basic concepts related organizations, ambidextrous organizations Management essence, ambidextrous organizational structure models, and secondly, assuming the foreign scholars ambidextrous organizations to examine the theoretical basis, including organization theory, technological innovation and change theory, strategic management of the three major theories, once again, scholars to study the major theoretical perspective ambidextrous organizations analyzed include : the basic elements of each organization, the relationship between the two organizations and performance, how to build a ambidextrous organization of three parts. Finally, the two organizations for foreign scholars empirical research conducted collate and make domestic enterprises in the application ambidextrous organization theory case. The main methods of this thesis are the literature analysis, case research analysis, and the qualitative study. The study on ambidextrous organizational theory and the research on the typical empirical study are presented in two tables. | |
