| 中文摘要: | 企业发展战略,从根本上讲,主要是回答两个方面的问题:一是制订企业发展的目标,二是如何实现所制定的目标。传统的战略研究,将重点放在“制订企业发展目标”上,主要强调企业应选择一个具有吸引力的市场,占据独有的战略位置,制定一套相应的竞争战略,并对未来具有独到的见解。而战略研究的另外一方面,如何实现企业制定的目标,成为了本研究的根本出发点。企业竞争战略的实现,存在着诸多影响因素,对于这一问题的研究,最具影响力的是麦肯锡的7S理论,将所有影响因素划分为硬元素(战略、结构、系统)和软元素(员工、技能、风格和共同价值观),从这七个元素的角度来讨论和评价竞争战略的实现。 本研究建立在企业外部环境不变的假设上,从企业内部环境的角度,将企业内部环境化分为ARC(体制——常规——文化)三个因素,从一个全新的视角来研究竞争战略的实现对企业内部环境的要求。这就是本研究的核心问题。 本研究首先回顾了战略管理的基本概念及演变、竞争战略的主要内容以及ARC理论的相关概念和主要分析思路,为后续研究打下了理论基础。接下来针对不同的竞争战略,分析了不同的战略下所面临的协调问题与激励问题,依据不同战略下的这两类问题,从ARC的角度进行了解答,构建对不同竞争战略的支撑体系,这是本研究的主要部分。然后以某勘探类公司为例进行了ARC分析,从案例的角度说明ARC理论对构建竞争战略的作用。最后得出本研究的结论和不足,并且指出了以后的发展方向。 本研究从ARC的角度来探讨战略研究中如何实现战略目标,期望对企业的战略研究和实践有一定的启发,这就是本研究的目的。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The strategy, basically, is to answer two questions: one is making the mission of the corporation; the other is how to achieve the mission. Traditional strategy research focused on “making the mission of the corporation”, stressed that the corporation should choose an attractive market, take up the solo position of the strategy and accordingly make a series of competitive tactics. But the other side of the strategy, how to achieve the mission, is the base of this thesis. There are many factors involved in the topic. On this topic, the most infective research was the MacKinsey’s 7S Theory. It divided all the factors into two groups. One is hard factors, including Strategy, Structure and System. The other is soft factors, including Staff, Style, Skill and Shared Vision. Based on these, the theory gave the answer to the question. This thesis has one proposition: the exterior surroundings are fixed. Then the paper focuses on the inner situations. And it divides the inner situations into ARC, which are Architecture, Routine and Culture. In the view of that, the thesis studies the inner factors how to fit for the request of the competitive strategy. This is the core issue of this thesis. Firstly, the thesis reviews the conception and the evolvement of the strategy, the content of the competitive strategy and the ARC theory. Secondly, the thesis studies the coordination and motivation questions on different strategies. And it studies the answer to those questions based on ARC. This part is the main content of the thesis. Thirdly, the thesis takes a company for example. The thesis studies the company’s strategy and ARC, whose purpose is to reveal of ARC’s effects on the solution of competitive strategy. Finally, the thesis gets the conclusions and the limitations. From the ARC angle, the thesis studies how to achieve the mission of the strategy. And the purpose of the thesis is to give some illuminations to the corporations on the topic. | |
