| 中文摘要: | 随着全球经济一体化,特别是我国加入WTO以后,企业正面临着国际国内市场竞争的严峻形势。激烈的市场竞争要求企业必须加强采购管理,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。传统的采购方式已经无法满足企业生产经营任务的需要,采购管理的模式必须在供应链管理理论的基础上重新设计和完善,必须采用新的采购战略来适应供应链管理协作发展的主要思想。通过对供应链管理模式下采购策略的相关研究,逐步完善供应链管理下的采购管理理论,提升企业在质量、成本和交货期方面的竞争优势,从而实现提高整个供应链的核心竞争力的目标。 供应链管理作为一种先进的管理思想,强调协同,强调系统功能和整体效应。一般来讲,很多企业对于资源的单一管理能力较强,但在整体资源的整合上浪费较大,导致相关资源不能得到有效配置。供应链管理强调把相关的业务集成到一条链上,共同运行、共享资源,从而达到1+1>2的效应。 如今,任何企业都面临着社会化大生产和商品经济环境的影响,采购和供应部门越来越受到企业管理者的重视,成为企业组织生产经营活动的重要组成部分。实施有效的采购管理是提高企业利润的重要手段之一,另外采购与库存密切相关,企业要实现降低库存的目标,就必然要重视采购环节。面临如今激烈的竞争环境,竞争形势已经不仅仅存在于企业之间和相关产业之间,竞争还存在于整个供应链中。企业如果要在竞争中脱颖而出,其采购职能所发挥的能力是不容忽视的。 基于上述的背景,本文首先对供应链管理的基础理论和相关概念进行阐述。然后对供应链管理思想下的采购管理和采购策略的相关内容展开讨论,最后通过M公司的具体案例分析了其供应链管理与采购职能的现状,针对存在的问题和不足之处,提出了改进采购管理策略的几点建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Along with the global economy integration, especially after China's entry into the WTO, enterprises are facing the international and domestic market competition situation. The fierce market competition requires enterprise must strengthen purchasing management in order to succeed in the fierce market competition. Traditional way of purchasing has been unable to satisfy the production and business tasks. Purchasing and supply management mode must be on the basis of the theory of supply chain management and perfect design. And enterprises must adopt new purchasing strategy to adapt to the development of supply chain management cooperation idea. Based on supply chain management mode of the related research, procurement strategies perfected gradually under the supply chain management theory. It is necessary for enterprise to promote procurement management in quality, cost and delivery of competitive advantage and improve the core competitiveness of the target for the whole supply chain. Supply chain management as an advanced management ideas, emphasize on coordination, the system function and the integral effect. Generally speaking, a lot of enterprises have strong ability to the single resource management, but have a lot of waste in the whole of the integration of many resources. They can not allocate related resources effectively. It cannot be effectively caused by enterprise waste of resources and the entire supply chain resources waste. Supply chain management emphasis on relevant business integration into a chain, working together and sharing resources so as to achieve 1 + 1 > 2 effect. Today, most enterprises are facing the influence on socialized production and commodity economy. As a result, purchasing and supply management department are important to the managers of enterprises. And purchasing and supply management department gradually become an important part to the production and operating activities of enterprise organization. Implementation of effective purchasing management is an important means of improving enterprise profit and reducing inventory. Facing fierce competition environment, competition not only exists in enterprises and related industries, competition also exists in the whole supply chain. If you want to become outstanding in related industry, the purchasing function of ability should be paid much more attention. Under the above mentioned background, the thesis firstly introduces supply chain management theory and the related content. Then are the relevant contents and discussions for supply chain management strategy of sourcing and procurement management. At last through the case study of M company, the supply chain management is analyzed with the status of purchasing function. According to its purchasing management problems and deficiencies, strategies and suggestions of purchasing management are proposed. | |
