中文摘要：	近年来，随着节能减排的国际大环境趋势影响，中国空调市场面临很多公司被淘汰的境地，竞争日趋激烈。为了获得更大的市场份额，成本和技术优势凸现。技术外包可以节约很多企业现有的资源，同时可以创造更大的利润。空调技术外包正是通过资源外取来控制成本而应运而生的。如何建立外包项目中良好的质量体系是外包项目能否成功的重要因素，因此对于外包过程中的质量管理与控制就显得尤为重要。 本文基于上述问题，进行技术外包中质量管理体系的研究。通过结合PDCA循环原理的方法来建立技术外包过程中的质量控制模型，从技术与管理相结合的角度探讨了整个技术外包过程。同时确定策划，实施，检查与处理四个阶段中的主要要素并加以分析进而形成完整的空调技术外包的质量管理体系。并在各个具体过程中结合六西格玛中的质量控制技术并应用于空调技术外包的质量管理体系中，运用于各项具体实施的质量控制活动中。 利用这个模型体系，可以将外包过程作为一个完整的闭环系统，便于公司通过循环往复的闭环反馈过程，实现技术外包过程与公司内部技术开发实现一体化管理。公司可以依据PDCA循环原理不断完善外包质量控制流程，并将每次完整的外包过程中的成功经验标准化，将其中的不足在下次PDCA循环中加以改进，不断完善技术外包质量控制过程，持续改进产品质量，提高顾客满意度。 本文通过这些研究为提高外包过程中的质量控制能力提供了理论和实际依据，可以作为公司在技术外包过程中控制质量风险的参考，作为公司实现可持续发展的战略保障。
英文摘要：	Recently years, in order to keep our global environment, all countries must comply with energy saving and reduce pollution strategy. China air conditioner market face to rearrange and many company will lost theirs position. In order to gain more market share, they should focus on cost and new technology. Technical outsource can saving many company owns source and create more profit. Air conditioner technical outsource is base on cost controlling and source gain by outside. How to set up a well quality system in technical outsource is a important factor. Therefore it is a important thing that how to manage and control quality in technical outsource process. Base on above discuss, this thesis research quality manage system in technical outsource. This thesis set a quality control model in technical outsource through link with PDCA cycle theory, discuss all technical outsource process with technical and manage. This thesis set main factor on plan, do, check and action four stages and analysis them to form a integrated quality management system in air conditioner technical outsource. Also this thesis combine quality control technology of six sigma with quality management system in air conditioner technical outsource and apply them to each detail quality control activities. With this model system, we can consider all technical outsource as a integrated closed loop system. Company can reach a technical outsource process and inner technical develop integrative management through this close loop feed back process. According to PDCA cycle theory, company can improve technical outsource quality control process continuously and standardized succeed experience in every time technical outsource process and find some existed defect and improved in next PDCA cycle. In this way, company can improve technical outsource quality control process, improve product quality and customer satisfaction uninterrupted. This thesis supply related theory and fact foundation for company sustaining development strategy through above research. It can be referenced that control quality risk in technical outsource process.
