| 中文摘要: | 近几年,随着我国经济的持续增长,电信通信行业呈现了高速发展的局面。2008年电信企业重组,原分属于移动运营商和固网运营商的六家通信企业被重组为中国移动、中国电信、中国联通三家企业。合并后的三家企业均成为集移动网络和固话网络为一体的全业务运营商。全业务运营成为摆在各大运营商面前的新课题。 2009年1月工信部正式向三大运营商发放3G牌照,代表着中国自主知识产权的3G标准TD—SCDMA牌照发放给了实力最强的中国移动。中国联通和中国电信分别获得了WCDMA和CDMA2000牌照。中国3G时代已经到来。 面对着全新的竞争形势,对于中国移动以及其他运营商来说都将面对全新的机遇与挑战。本文选取了中国移动辽宁公司作为案例通过PEST分析、价值链分析、资源能力分析等工具来综合分析企业内外部环境。通过对于波特一般竞争战略即差异化战略、低成本战略和集中化战略的分析,结合辽宁移动实际情况,得出辽宁移动应采取差异化竞争战略。同时提出市场层面的差异化竞争策略和差异化价值链构建。本文最后还给出了差异化竞争战略实施的方案和控制措施。 本课题的研究本着从实际出发的宗旨,全部数据和一手资料均来自于实际工作中,对于提升辽宁移动乃至整个电信运营商打造适宜的竞争战略方面具有一定借鉴意义,同时对我国电信运营商再提高整体战略运营水平方面具有一定的指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Recently, with the rapid growth of Chinese economic, the telecommunication industry presents great persperity. In 2008,Telecom industry experienced restructuring, the six original operators were reorganized into China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom. The big three carried a set of mobile and fixed networks, delivering all-lines of sevices to end customers. In 2009, China MIIT granted 3G licenses to the three major operators in the telecom industry. TD-SCDMA,China's own 3G standards, was licensed to China Mobile. China Unicom and China Telecom was granted WCDMA and CDMA2000 licenses respectively. China's 3G era is coming. In the new times, China Mobile will face with new opportunities and challenges. China Mobile (Liaoning) was selected as the case study company. Author conducts PEST analysis, value chain analysis, resource capacity analysis and comprehensive analysis tools within the underlying enterprise. Baseed on the above analysis ,China Mobile (Liaoning) should take a broad differentiation strategy, both on market-level and the Value Chain. Finally, author also gives the implementation and control measures of the differentiation strategy. all the data and other material are directly from the actual work, and the analysis is closely related to the company practice. The results have great value to the whole telecom operators to create the appropriate competitive strategy, meanwhile, China telecom business operators can refer to the article to increase their level of strategic planning. | |
