中文摘要: | 经过三十多年的改革与发展,中国目前已经建立起包括国有商业银行、股份制商业银行、城市商业银行、农村商业银行、农村合作银行和城乡信用社以及外资银行竞争发展、功能互补、层次多样的银行服务体系。中国加入WTO以后,伴随着中国金融体制改革的深化,中国银行业外部环境开始发生剧烈的变化,国内银行业竞争日趋激烈,大批股份制中小银行、城市商业银行、合资银行的经营业绩不断提升,纷纷进行业务转型、流程重组和规模扩张,大中华银行面临着良好的机遇与严重的挑战。在此背景下,发展战略关系到银行的生存和发展。 本文是作者结合自身供职的单位——大中华银行而写的一篇案例分析类型文章。经过数十年的发展,大中华银行已经发展为在中国颇具优势的一家大型国际化银行,其在外汇存贷款、国际结算、外汇资金和银行卡等业务领域仍居领先地位。但由于历史及自身体制原因,近年来大中华银行的中间业务利润不断被压缩,外汇业务的市场占有率不断下降,因此大中华银行仍需认真评估外部环境和内部条件变化对企业生存与发展带来的影响,重新对企业以后的战略发展进行定位,对企业的未来做出正确的判断与选择,进一步整合优势资源、提升竞争力,相应制定企业的发展战略。 从本文的结构来看,作者首先梳理了相关的战略发展理论和战略发展理论的主要流派;此后,结合作者自身工作的实际情况,在综合分析企业外部环境和内部条件的基础上,通SWOT分析和PEST分析,分析大中华银行面临的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,并通过战略矩阵分析大中华银行的战略策略。综合以上分析的结果,作者得提出大中华银行“以商业银行为核心,多元化服务经营理念为指导思想,海内外一体化发展的大型跨国经营银行集团”的战略定位和“保持领先,建设国际一流银行”战略目标,并就促进战略目标和战略定位的实现提出大中华银行在实施过程中需要采取的措施。 | |
英文摘要: | After the deepening of reform and development, there has been a function-complementary and hierarchical commercial banking system in China, including state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks, city commercial banks, rural commercial banks, rural cooperative banks and urban and rural credit agencies. Entering into 21st century, and along with the deeply promotion of China reform in banking system, especially after China joined in WTO, A large number of small banks, city commercial banks and joint-venture banks keep on improving business transformation, process reengineering and scale expansion. As a matter of fact, the external environment of the China banking industry is varying roughly, and the competition of the domestic banking industry is becoming fiercer. Therefore, the Bank of Great-China is facing good opportunities and severe challenges. This paper is written according to the situation of Bank of Great-China. After so many years’ development, the Bank of Great-China has growing into a company that has played an important role in Chinese economy system. However, due to the historical reasons, the Bank of Great-China still needs to assess the variety of the external environment and internal environment, which influence survival and development of the enterprise. After the right judgment and decision making to the company future, the development strategy of the bank can be made properly. The Bank of Great-China development strategy for the future is given in this paper, which including general strategy, business strategy and functional strategy. Firstly, the strategy development theories are enumerated; secondly, the macro-environment and the micro-environment analysis of the Bank of Great-China is made though the SWOT analysis and PEST analysis. Based on the analysis above, the bank's strategy positions and the strategy objectives are demonstrated, and finally the relative recommendations are illustrated specifically. | |
