中文摘要:在全球金融危机的大环境下,以电石工艺生产PVC的山东海化氯碱树脂有限公司正面临着巨大的机遇和严峻的挑战,受全球金融风暴的影响和冲击,氯碱下游行业纷纷停产、减产,致使海化氯碱树脂公司的产品也随之受到了比较大的冲击,产品的价格出现了大幅下降,企业利润逐步下降,此时探索与设计适合海化氯碱树脂公司发展的战略显得极为重要而迫切。本文研究的目的就是通过对现代战略管理理论与企业实践相结合的探索,使处于发展关键期的海化氯碱树脂公司在如此恶劣的外部环境下,能够准确识别外部机会与威胁以及自身的优势和劣势,最大限度地趋利避害、扬长避短,不断增强核心竞争能力,实现健康、快速、和谐发展。相信本论文的研究结论对同行业的其他企业也具有一定的借鉴和指导意义,提出的理论观点对于丰富发展具有中国特色的企业战略管理思想与实践也会有一定的贡献。 本论文主要运用理论指导实践、由内而外、由宏观到微观的逻辑思路。先是对整个战略管理理论进行全面概括,获得研究的理论支持,然后以山东海化氯碱树脂公司为研究对象,运用PEST及SWOT分析,对公司进行了宏观环境、行业环境、竞争环境、内部资源和能力分析,归纳出了公司在外部环境中面临的机会和威胁以及公司内部的优势和劣势,得出了公司采用一体化战略为主,成本领先战略和循环经济战略为辅的战略。通过本论文的研究和学习,得出的结论是:海化氯碱树脂公司实施一体化战略、成本领先战略、循环经济战略是非常必要的,是氯碱行业发展的必然趋势。战略选择过程中,公司应根据自身的产品市场定位,不断优化产品结构,在市场竞争过程中应根据自身条件重点实施一体化战略。  
英文摘要:Under the circumstance of global finacial crisis, Shandong Haihua Chlor-Alkali Resin Company is facing great opportunities and severe challenges. Under the impact of the global financial crisis, the downstream industry of Chlor-alkali stopped or cut their production, as a result, the price of the production of Haihua Chlor-Alkali Resin Company fell sharply, so the corporate profits descended. The purpose of this study was Shandong Haihua Chlor-Alkali Resin Company could accurately identify the external opportunities and theats, as well as their advantages and disadvantages to maximize profit and avoid loss, and achieve healthy, fast and harmonious development by a modern strategic management theory and business practice. In this thesis, the study was of great practical significance and theoretical significance. First, it can enable enterprises smoothly and safely pass the current global financial crisis. Second, it can improve the business purpose of the companies. Again, it can improve the quality of the manager. The conclusion of the study in this thesis has a certain degree of reference and guiding significance to other componies, and the theories of viewpionts enriches the enterprise strategic management idea and practice. The thesis mainly used the logic ideas of Theory to Guide Practice, from inside to outside, from the macro to micro. Firstly, it fully summarized the whole strategic management, got the theory support of study, then, it took Shandong Haihua Chlor-Alkali Resin Company as the study object using analysis of PEST and SWOT and analyzed the macroscopical circumstance, industry circumstance, competition circumstance, inside resource and capability of the company exerting the relevent study fruit of the competion strategy in domestic and abroad, concluded the outside opportunity and threat, and the advantange and disadvantage of the company. They made a conclosion of adopting the strategy of giving priority to integration strategy, cost leadership strategy and circular economy assisting. Basing on its market position, the company shoud constantly optimize the product structure, and put the integration strategy on a very important position.
