| 中文摘要: | 天津CQ集团有限公司是一家以房地产为龙头、以不动产租赁为主体、融建筑安装、宾馆服务、健身娱乐为一体的多元化企业集团。在集团公司创立与发展的10多年后,面临原有事业成本上升、利润下降,发展空间受限等诸多新情况、新问题。因此调整公司长期发展战略,特别是审慎地选择新的事业,成为集团公司生存和发展最为紧迫的问题。 美国学者、战略管理研究专家安德鲁•坎贝尔(Andrew Campbell)和罗伯特•帕克(Robert Park)创建了“信号灯理论”。在他们合著的《成长的博弈》一书中作了详细论述。 本文依据信号灯理论对准备投资兴办的新事业进行了甄别筛选,拟进入的新事业有:会计师事务所、律师事务所、建设投资咨询公司、民办大学、物流快递业。拟放弃的新事业有资产评估公司和就业与再就业培训中心。并在此基础上重新制定了集团公司的发展战略,总的指导思想是经过3到5年的努力,把依赖资源的传统服务业升级换代为依靠新知识新技术的现代服务业。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Tianjin CQ Group Co., Ltd is diversified enterprise group, which take real estate as a leader, real estate leasing as the main-body, and integrating into construction and installation, hotel services, fitness and entertainment as a whole. After more than 10 years’ development of the group, now it faced with new situation and new problem that the costs rising and profits falling of the previous business and the space of development be constrained. So the adjustment of the company's long-term development strategy, especially prudentially choose the new business become the most important problem for the survival and development of the company. American Scholar and Expert of strategy management Andrew Campbell and Robert Park establish the Signal Light Theory. And give the detailed elaboration of theory in the book The Growth Gamble. This theses discriminating and selecting the new business which the company prepared to enter based on the theory of Signal Light. After the analysis, we decide to enter the new business is CPA firm, Lawyer office, Construction investment advisory firm, Private University, Logistics & Express Industry. And abandon the new business is Asset Evaluation Company and Employment and Reemployment Training Centers. Based on the section of new business, we reformulated Group's developmental strategy, and the general guiding principle is to upgrade traditional service industry that rely on the resources into the modern service industry which rely on new knowledge and technology in 3 to 5 years. | |
