中文摘要：	作为我国现代服务业的重要组成部分，现代物流业对提高国民经济运行质量、优化经济流程、调整经济结构、扩大内需、增进社会福利等都具有全局性的积极影响。面对国民经济快速发展提出的高要求、高需求，物流产业发展模式创新将是解决经济发展瓶颈，推动国民经济继续快速增长的大事要事。炉料是炼钢和铸钢必不可少的原料，其产量、品种和质量直接影响钢铁工业的生产和发展。而炉料产品的加工依赖于通过海外进口的矿石资源和分布在我国西北欠发达地区的中小加工企业。炉料行业物流环节的顺畅和高效率是钢铁产业发展的迫切需要，是进而推动国民经济发展的重要方面。 基于供需链整合的炉料产品物流服务一体化创新平台是为应对日益激烈的市场竞争环境，突破重围，通过特色化、专业化、差异化的战略途径来应对环境带来的挑战，迎接发展机遇，从而获取行业竞争优势的目标而提出的。炉料行业传统供需链存在资金链太长、成为供需链良性循环瓶颈的问题，且信息流不畅造成交易成本高、效率低，同时缺乏基于第三方的担保和风险控制机制。构建基于供需链整合的炉料产品物流综合服务创新平台，将有针对性的解决这些问题，具有非常重大意义。 论文共分为七章。第一章概括了研究背景，提出了研究的问题，并分析了创新平台提出的动因和意义，并阐明了论文的整体研究框架。第二章简述了物流综合服务平台的经济增长相关理论和物流管理相关理论，并介绍了国内外相关的实践经验。第三章先从政策、经济、社会和技术四个方面对炉料产品物流综合服务平台创新模式所面临的环境进行了分析，然后又对种种资源进行了详细的分析，最后对物流综合服务平台的预期经济效益和社会效益进行了分析。第四章详细叙述了炉料产品物流综合服务平台创新模式的战略目标和阶段性目标，在此基础上描述了物流综合服务平台的架构以及功能定位。第五章对基于供应链整合的融资和信息服务模式进行了分析，并指出了具体的实现流程和关键成功因素，最后阐述了如何从商业银行和第三方物流企业的视角分别进行风险控制。第六章对物流综合服务平台的物流整合与贸易对接模式进行了具体分析和阐述。最后一章是本文的主要结论。
英文摘要：	As China's an important part of modern service industry, modern logistics industry has the overall positive impact to improve the quality of the national economy, optimizing the economic process, adjusting the economic structure, expanding domestic demand, improve social welfare and so. Face the rapid economic development posed by high demand and high request; logistics industry’s development model innovation will be to solve the bottleneck of economic development, promoting the national economy continues to grow rapidly in major events. Burden is an essential raw material for steel making, its production, variety and quality has a direct impact on the production and development of iron and steel industry. The burden of products depends on the processing of ore through the overseas imports and distribution of resources in less-developed areas in China's north-west of the small and medium processing enterprises. Burden chain logistics industry’s smooth and high efficiency are the urgent needs of the steel industry, thus is an important aspect of promoting the development of national economy. The burden product innovation platform based on Supply Chain Integration is the integration of logistics services in response to the increasingly fierce market competition, break the siege, by characteristics, specialization, differentiation of the strategic approach to deal with the challenges of the environment to meet the development opportunities, in order to gain competitive advantage in the industry put forward the goal. In traditional supply chain of burden industry, there is money chain which is too long to become a virtuous cycle of supply chain bottlenecks, and poor information flow caused by high transaction costs, low efficiency, while the lack of third party guarantees and risk-based control mechanism. Construction supply chain integration based on the burden products integrated logistics service innovation platform, there will be targeted to solve these problems, which has a very great significance. This thesis was divided into six chapters. The first chapter outlined the research background, and presented the research questions and analysis of proposed new platforms to wear the motives and significance, and explained the thesis's overall research framework. Chapter II outlined economics and management theory foundation of the integrated logistics service platform innovation model, and described the relevant practical experience at home and abroad. Chapter III started with an analysis of policy, economic, social and technical aspects of the various resources from the environment faced by burden products integrated logistics service platform innovation model, and then conducted a detailed analysis of the last pairs of integrated logistics services platform is expected to economic and social benefits. Chapter IV described in detail of burden product integrated logistics service platform innovation model of strategic objectives, vision and milestones, on this basis, describes the integrated logistics service platform architecture and functional orientation. In Chapter V, the financing based on supply chain integration service model was analyzed and pointed out that the realization of the specific processes and critical success, and finally explained how commercial banks and third-party logistics enterprise risk management perspectives respectively. In Chapter Ⅵ, the logistics integration and trade-docking functions had specific description. The final chapter had the main conclusions of this thesis.
