| 中文摘要： | 公路建设项目是社会公益事业中比较普遍的工程项目，其沥青材料的采购也是公路工程建设中的常见业务。公路交通行业管理目前多依靠的是传统工程项目管理，现代项目管理的理念和应用还不深入和普及。 本文从工作实践出发，以309国道潍昌公路建设项目沥青采购为例，在沥青采购的背景、现状分析前题下，用现代项目管理的理论和思想，对公路建设项目沥青采购管理进行了初步探索，首先对沥青采购项目范围进行了分析确认，并在此基础上，详细分析了沥青采购的四个关键影响因素，即成本、时间、质量、风险，具体在成本管理、时间管理、质量管理、风险管理方面作了探讨和研究，得出了一些成本确定和控制、时间计划和控制、质量计划和控制、风险分析和控制的简易方法，初步形成了沥青采购项目管理模式，并在案例中得到了应用，收到了一定的成效。 沥青采购项目管理研究说明现代项目管理在公路建设领域应用是非常有管理潜能和应用前景的，值得在今后的工作坚持下去，本文也为多方面的项目管理研究初探了门路，对同行或有启发作用。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Highway construction projects are common among public welfare services and purchase of alphalt is an essential business of the construction projects. However, the management of highway transportation nowadays mainly depends on traditional project management methods while modern concepts as well as their application are not widely and fully used. Based on practice, the thesis discussed some basic issues of asphalt purchase. It is further illustrated by the phurchase of asphalt during the construction of the Wei-Chang section of State Highway 309 under the analysis of its background and actual situation. The scope of phurchase of asphalt is confirmed at first. From this point, this thesis analyzed four factors which affect the phachurse of asphalt: cost, time, quality and risk. Cost management time management quality management and risk management are specifically studied .Some simple and useful management models and positive results have been achieved in the field of cost confirmation and control, time planning and control, quality planning and control ,risk analysis and control. The research achievements were widely used in this construction and made some positive effects. The study of asphalt phurchase suggests modern project management is prospective in the field of highway construction management and has great potential in practice. It deserve to be continued. This thesis also widens ways for various project management study, which may be helpful to other people in this field. | |
