中文摘要:当今时代的竞争日益激烈,已经不再是产品、技术、人才、营销的单项竞争,而是系统模式的竞争,模式优则竞争力强,模式弱则陷入“被动、无序和恶性竞争”。2008年始由美国次贷危机引发的全球性金融危机,导致了整个国际市场形态以及行为的诸多变化,包括各个国家的经济政策、外贸政策、货币政策、乃至外交政策等都有了不小的变化,国际市场的巨变给企业带来了巨大的压力。 中国是贸易大国,同时又是化工大国,资源大国,在全国的进出口总额中,化工占15%的比例,体现出化工外贸企业的产业吸引力,中小型化工外贸企业是中国化工行业的生力军,为化工产品走向国际市场做出了重大贡献。在外部环境发生重大变化时,中小型化工外贸企业通过引入新的商业模式保持持续的变革和创新能力,这对自身的生存和可持续性发展是极其重要的。 本文采用了文献研究法,综合目前已有的一些商业模式相关理论与文献,通过分类整理,对商业模式的定义、特征、六个构成要素、以及对商业模式选择的影响因素和八大原则等内容进行了较为细致的分析研究。同时对中小型化工外贸企业价值管理体系与战略选择这两项商业模式的构建基础进行了阐述,为建立商业模式的理论模型打下了基础。从而细化到对于中小型化工外贸企业的商业模式与企业战略的内在关系的分析与研究,以及构建以价值创造和价值实现为目标的具有差异化竞争优势的商业模式的路径分析。 本文同时采用了个案研究法,针对案例分析对象天津中信凯泰化工有限公司(后文简称:凯泰)的实际经营情况以及其现有的管理体系进行了描述,并进一步分析了企业的内部与外部的竞争能力以及企业价值,从而较为具体地对企业本身的商业模式进行了研究分析。 通过此研究,本文总结了当今环境背景下企业商业模式创新和变革的必要性并确立了在基于创造公司价值的基础上、以战略选择为出发点建立具有竞争优势的商业模式的方向,同时分析了本研究存在的缺憾与不足之处,以及对学术界和企业界在此方向上进一步进行研究和发展的建议和期望。  
英文摘要:Today’s increasing competition among the enterprises is more and more intense,it is not a single competition on the product, technology, human resources and the marketing any longer, but a competition of the system model. Better model and stronger competition, while, weaker model will result in a passive, disordered and vicious competition. The global financial crisis being triggered by the American sub-prime crisis at the beginning of 2008 resulted in many changes of the market shape and behaviors, including the policies of economic, foreign trade, monetary and foreign in many countries. Great changes of the international market have brought high pressures onto the enterprises. China is a big trading country,also owning the major chemical industry and extensive resources. The imports and exports value of the chemical industry occupies 15% of the total national imports and exports value, showing the Chinese trading enterprises with the strong industry attraction. Middle-small chemical trading enterprises are a main force in the Chinese chemical industry, with the significant contribution to the chemical products towards the international market. Middle-small chemical trading enterprises have been keeping the persistent change and innovation ability by introducing the new business model when the significant changes come into the external environment, which is very important for their survival and development. The literature research method was used in this paper to combine with some existing relevant theories and literatures of the business model with the category carding, carrying out a more detailed research & analysis on the definition, features, six elements of the business model, the factors of the mode selection and eight principles. As the two basis of the construction of the business model, the Value Management System and Strategic Choice of the middle-small chemical trading enterprises were focused herein to prepare for the establishment of the theoretical model for the business model. Further to make the analysis and research on the inherent relationship between the business model and the enterprise strategy of the middle-small chemical trading enterprises and the path analysis on a differentiated business model with the competitive advantages with the goal of construction of the value creation and value realization. Case study method was also used in this paper subject to the actual operational situation and its existing management system of the case enterprise, Tianjin Zhongxin Chemtech Co.,Ltd.(Chemtech), furthering the analysis on its internal and external competitiveness and the value of the enterprise, thus carrying out more detailed research and analysis on its own business model. Through this study, the necessity of the innovation and change of the business model under the current environment was well summarized and the direction of establishing the business model with the competitive advantages based on the creation of the company value and the strategic choice as the starting point was established. In the meantime, it also analyzed the existence of the defects and inadequacies of this study and presented some suggestions and expectations of the further research and development for the academia and business circles.
