| 中文摘要: | 2006年7月,国务院进一步明确天津的城市定位,将建设成为经济繁荣、社会文明、科教发达、设施完善、环境优美的国际港口城市,北方经济中心和生态城市。在这种大环境下,本地企业遇到了前所未有的机遇与挑战。当今企业所遇到的各种问题,已很难完全靠自身来解决,这就需要利用“外脑”,即委托专业管理咨询公司进行深入调研,找出问题,提出方案,并帮助企业付诸于实施,以加强企业竞争力,尽快实现战略目标。这也就为管理咨询业的发展壮大提供了良好机会。 本文研究的目的:结合自身企业实践经验,通过运用PEST和SWOT分析法,深入研究了管理咨询企业所处的政治、经济、社会等环境,研究管理咨询企业所面临的机遇与挑战,即国家政策法规大力支持,行业发展潜力,企业客观需要,本地管理咨询企业相对国外大型管理咨询企业对环境把握更准确,收费更低廉,但行业规范、市场监管并不完善、管理咨询公司过多、过杂、人才流动大,人才争夺日趋激烈等等。通过分析研究,为自身企业量身打造了适合本企业的发展战略,即增长型发展战略为主,差异化战略和品牌战略为辅。增长型战略的主要内容是:利用公司拥有的资源和优势,提高市场竞争力,抓住机遇,迅速发展壮大。差异化战略的而主要内容是:公司提供差异化服务、满足客户的个性化需求。品牌战略的主要内容是:招募人才、提升自身能力、强强联合、完善售后。 另外,本文还深入研究了将发展战略付诸于实施的条件、途径、对策、保障措施,为企业在5-10年内成为资源雄厚,能力突出,品牌过硬的本地管理咨询企业做出完整的规划和理论支持。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In July 2006, the State Council further clarify Tianjin's urban location which will be built into economic prosperity, social civilization, science and education developed, complete facilities and beautiful environment of the international port city and economic center of northern China and the ecological city. In this environment, local firms will face unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Nowadays various problems encountered by enterprises has been very difficult to be completely solved by their own, these problems require the use of "out-brain", that is entrusted to a professional management consulting firm to conduct in-depth research, identify problems, put forward proposals, and to help companies take the implementation, in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises as soon as possible to achieve strategic objectives. It also provides a good opportunity of development and growth for the management consulting industry. The purpose of this thesis is to combine the practical experience gained from my businesses, with the use of PEST and SWOT management strategy method to deeply study the political, economical, social and technological environments which management consulting firms faces nowadays confront with. Also, to have a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges these firms face. It includes the strong support of national policy and regulations, industry growth potential, business real needs, against which the foreign and local management consulting firms could grasp environment more accurately and more cheaper. However, industry standards and market regulations are imperfect, combined with many different types of management consulting firms with a high job turnover and a very competitive market. After the analysis, a tailored development strategy of our enterprise has been formulated. That is, the main growth-oriented development strategy which rely on using the resources and all advantages that the company have to increase market competitiveness, seize the opportunity to rapidly grow. Also, supplementary strategies were established including a differentiation strategy which provides differentiated services to meet individual customer needs, and a brand strategy which recruits talented personal to enhance the firm’s capabilities in general and after customer services in particular. In addition, the thesis deeply studied the implementation of, conditions and solutions, and various approaches to carry out the development strategies. These will give a complete planning and theoretical support for enterprises to become local management consulting firms with rich and abundant resources, prominent capability and excellent brand. | |
