| 中文摘要: | 本文所讲述的津通公司正面临着深刻的变革压力。企业经过十八年的发展已经从一个只有十几名员工的手工作坊式的加工小厂发展到现在拥有800名员工,年销售收入近5亿元的一家中型企业。从目前的发展来看,企业管理人员、管理思想、管理制度、管理手段以及市场意识都无法适应目前的社会发展趋势。在企业信息化的不断推广应用与我国加入了WTO的形势下,企业之间的竞争不再受地理区域的限制,外界的竞争压力越来越大。这就迫使企业利用现代化的信息技术,吸收先进的管理思想,加强对销售、供应、库存、财务和生产过程的管理,规范成本核算流程,降低营运成本,提高产品质量和资金周转率,建立自身的竞争优势,从而达到持续发展的目的。 本文从津通公司的实际出发,指出实施企业资源计划(ERP——Enterprise Resources Planning)是企业顺应竞争需要、规范企业运营的重要条件。ERP系统是对企业物流与资金流进行一体化管理和集成化运行的计算机管理信息系统,它的应用要涉及到企业的财务、物料、销售、生产、人力资源等管理部门,并强调系统运行的整体集成性、数据共享与数据一致性。然而根据以往企业实施ERP的经验,企业要在实施ERP系统时取得实效,就必须对企业业务流程进行重新设计,使其适应ERP系统的要求,这正是ERP应用获得成功的必要条件,也是我们ERP实施方案研究的重点所在。 本文运用了理论与实际相结合的方法,以津通公司为背景,从企业现有系统的问题与需求出发,重点研究企业为实施ERP所做的BPR工作,然后在优化业务流程的基础上进行ERP系统的选择,并对供应商提出了客户化的要求。以上工作为津通公司成功实施ERP系统起到了十分重要的作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The company related to this thesis is facing great pressure of innovation. After 18 years development, the company has grown from a hand-processing small factory with noly dozen staff to a medium-sized enterprise with annual sales income of 500 million yuan and 800 staff. Judging from the current perspective of the development,enterprise management, management philosophy, management systems, management tools and market awareness are unable to adapt to current social trends.Under the situation of the application of information technology and China's accession to the WTO, the competition among enterprises is no longer limited by geographic region and the outside competitive pressure is increasing. All of above require the enterprise to use information technology,absorb advanced management thought,enforce the management of marketing, supply, finance, inventory and production,standardize the cost accounting process, cut down operation cost,improve product quality and capital turnover rate, set competitive advantage and reach the goal of lasting development. From the Jintong commpany’s point of view, the thesis points out implementing ERP is the key point for enterprise to deal with the competition and standard the business operations. ERP system is a computer information management system which can make synthetical management of the material flow and cash flow. Its application involves many departments of enterprise, such as finance, marketing, producing, personnel, etc. the system emphasizes the overall integration, date sharing and data uniformity. According to our past experience,we know that if the company really want to improve the efficiency, the business process must be adapted to meet the requirement of ERP, BPR is the key point of ERP system and the essential condition of the system’s success. The thesis combines theory with practice and research starts from the problems and requirement of the current system of Jintong company. the key research enterprise to implement the BPR work which ERP does, then carries on the ERP system's choice in the optimization operation flow's foundation, and set the customization request to the supplier. All these works play very important role in carrying out ERP system in Jintong Company. | |
