中文摘要:随着高等教育的大众化普及,高等职业教育作为我国高等教育的一条主通道,自改革开放以来得到了长足发展。2007年,高职教育已经占据了我国高等教育的半壁江山,受到越来越多的关注。在经历了快速发展后,各校开始认识到教师是高等职业教育发展的的核心竞争力所在,高水平的教师队伍是培养高素质、高技能人才最重要的保证,也是高等职业教育能否办出色、求得生存的关键所在。一方面,我国高职院校师资队伍普遍存在“先天不足”,加之在教师培养的不到位,加强教师队伍建设己显得十分迫切。另一方面,教师是知识密集型群体,普遍具有较高的学历和素养,具有自我开发和实现的愿望,而目前的教师培养模式过于单一,不能满足教师发展的需要,因此,高职教师职业生涯开发成为了成就教师自我发展,达到与学院共赢的重要手段。实施职业生涯管理与开发将对教师产生巨大的激励,使其不断提高自身的素质和能力。但是,目前对于高等职院校教师职业生涯的研究还比较少,而实际情况中,高职院校普遍缺乏教师职业生涯开发的理念,工作不尽如人意。 本文以组织的视角,研究职业生涯管理在高等职业院校教师中的应用,并以A高职学院为例,为高等职业院校青年教师重新设计了职业生涯通道,提出了开发的措施,以及实施的保障措施。本文所指的职业生涯管理包括以组织的角度对教师职业生涯进行设计、开发和管理等相关内容。 希望通过对其青年教师职业生涯管理与开发系统的建构,丰富高等职业教育教师开发理论体系,为同类院校提供实践参考。  
英文摘要:With the mass popularization of higher education, Higher Vocational Education has a long-term development as a main channel of China higher education since the reform and opening up. Higher Vocational Education became more and more important to China higher education. Community is increasingly concerned about the education quality of Higher Vocational Education. It is recognized that the quality of teacher who works in higher vocational education college is the core competencies to a school after rapid experiencing in recent years. High-level team of teacher is the most important guarantee for teaching high-quality and high-skilled student, and is a key factor to higher vocational education do well and survival. In one hand, as a universal phenomenon “Congenitally deficient” of China Higher Vocational college and the lack of teacher training, it is very urgent to strengthen the ranks of teachers. On the other hand, as a knowledge-intensive groups, they generally have higher educational background and literacy, have strong desire of self-development and self implementation. The current model of teacher training is too simple, can not meet the developing needs so well. Vocational teacher career development will play an important role to success and self-develop for teachers and as an important means to achieve win-win situation with the College. Vocational Teacher Career Development can meet these requirements effectively. Career Development is a huge incentive to the teachers, especially to the young teachers. So, we must pay more attention to the importance of human resource in the vocational education development and promote the efficiency on management of teachers. It will influence the quality of teaching, the achievement of fostered planning and the form of college feature if we can't solve the problem about the relationship between construct of teachers team and college development in time. ool teachers in the sight of Organization. Take a vocational school for example, in this paper the career-channel is re-designed and the development of measures is proposed for young teachers who works in higher vocational institutions. In this paper, the organization career management refers to the perspective of teachers in career design, development and management of relevant content. I hope the dissertation will give some profitable reference to develop teacher career in higher vocational colleges.
