中文摘要：	伴随着信息技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用，实施信息化建设成为煤炭行业企业实现新兴工业化道路和可持续健康发展的有效途径和重要手段。但是通过调查，信息技术在煤炭企业应用范围和应用水平远不如其它行业。“信息孤岛”、资源浪费、管理低下、安全事故频繁发生等现象和问题出现，固然有煤炭企业生产环境恶劣于生产管理粗放等原因，但更主要是长期受计划经济体制下形成的思想观念、思维模式的影响。 文章重点围绕阳泉煤业集团的新建矿井阳煤寺家庄公司，落实集团公司“十一五”发展战略，打造安全、文明、和谐、高效的数字化矿井建设发展目标要求，从企业管理的角度，回顾总结信息管理系统相关理论、发展进程，以及相关理论的基础上，对煤炭行业企业特点、数字化矿山建设发展的瓶颈因素、制约因素、亟需解决的问题进行了研究分析，结合寺家庄公司企业发展战略环境、战略目标实际，针对性地提出寺家庄公司矿山数字信息化管理系统架构、关键功能系统。根据寺家庄矿山数字信息化管理系统实施的管理过程、关键因素把握，以及按照现代管理思想与信息技术结合带来的企业组织结构、管理流程、企业文化、制度体系等全面的企业再造的进一步分析研究，全面构建起生产过程透明化、管理机构扁平化、数据传输实时动态化、信息资源共享化、岗位价值精细化的企业信息管理体系。笔者希望通过寺家庄公司矿山数字信息化建设实践基础，结合自己的工作实践，提出科学解决制约煤炭企业信息化、数字化发展障碍因素的对策和方法，深层次分析数字化给煤炭企业带来的重大变革和影响，为我国数字化煤矿的建设发展提供借鉴与经验。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development and wide application of information technology, the implementation of information capacity building has become an effective way and important means for coal enterprises to achieve new industrialization and sustainable and healthy development. However, according to the survey, the application scope and level of information technology in coal enterprises is far behind that of other industries. The phenomenon and problems with the “information isolated island”, waste of resources, low level management, and frequent mine accidents are not only caused by poor production environment and extensive production management in coal enterprises, but also caused by the effect for concept and thinking mode built under long-tern planned economy system. From the view of enterprise management, this thesis focuses on Sijiazhuang mine , a new coal mine constructed by Yangquan Coal Group, which is implementing the 11th Five-year Plan development strategy for Yangquan Coal Group, and building a safe, civilized， harmonious and efficient digital mine, reviews and summarizes the relevant theories and development progress with regard to information management system, on the base of relevant theory, this thesis performs analysis of coal enterprise characteristics and bottleneck and restriction factors in building digital mine as well as issues to be solved urgently. Combined with the development strategy and strategic objective of Sijiazhuang Co. Ltd., this thesis specially puts forward the system framework and key function system of digital mine that Sijiazhuang Co. Ltd. wants to be. In accordance with the management process and key factors of “digital mine” construction at Sijiazhuang mine, as well as further study of all-round enterprise restructuring in enterprise organizational structure, management flowsheet, corporate culture and institutional system etc, a new information management system can be established, which consists of transparent production process, flat management structure, real-time and dynamic data transmission, shared information resources and fine division of labor value. Based on the practice of “digital mine” building at Sijiazhuang Co. Ltd., and his own working experience, the author hopes to work out the strategy and ways to solve the restricting factors with regard to information capacity building and digitalization development of coal enterprises, make an in-depth analysis of major changes of and impacts on coal enterprises by digitalization, and provide reference and experience for the building of digital mines in China.
