中文摘要:在企业发展的兴盛阶段,居安思危,开始培育未来的竞争力,构建未来的核心专长,是中国金融机构应对挑战,保持长期发展的根本。通过对未来金融市场的预期,创造性地培育和构建每个金融机构自身的核心专长,不断进行技术创新、服务创新与制度等创新,才能够在未来的市场上保持主导地位,在与外资金融机构的竞争中具有一决雌雄的资本。本文以商业银行为研究对象,同时希望对其他金融机构的发展也带来一些启示。 核心专长主要特征主要表现在以下四个方面:系统整合性、价值性、独特性和动态性。本文以柳茂平先生的“企业核心专长资源结构理论”为理论指导,结合中外商业银行的现状与发展,研究中外商业银行的核心专长及其资源结构,从而提出中资商业银行未来核心专长的培育方向,及相关资源的提升途径。哈默曾经提出过核心专长的三大类型:接近市场类专长;与诚信相关专长;与功能有关的专长。鉴于哈默关于核心专长的划分更侧重于制造型企业,对于商业银行这种服务型企业,本文把核心专长划分为三种类型:接近市场类;业务功能类;基本功能类。 本文共分六部分。前言部分介绍了本文的选题背景、研究意义和研究方法。第一章相关理论回顾,介绍了本文研究涉及的相关理论。第二章分析了国内外银行业发展现状和趋势,寻找其核心专长现状。第三章阐述中资商业银行培育核心专长的努力方向。第四章详细阐述了构成核心专长的战略资源提升。结论部分,在现有资源优劣势的基础上,总体阐述我国商业银行在构建核心专长方面的努力方向。  
英文摘要:In the rapid development phase, enterprise should begin to think of danger in peace, start to build the core competence of the future, keep continuous improvement. Through forecasting the financial market in the future, constructing the future core competence, keeping technical innovation and service innovation, then enterprise can maintain the dominant position in market in the future, will have the competence to compete with the foreign financial organ's in the future. The core competence’s chief feature mainly displays in the following four aspects: System conformability, value, distinctive quality and dynamic. This thesis take Mr. Liu Maoping’s “the enterprise core competence’s resources structural theory” as the theory instruction, unifies the Chinese and foreign commercial bank’s present situation and the development, studies the Chinese and foreign commercial bank the core competence and the resources structure, thus proposed that will suit the Chinese commercial bank in the future construction core competence, and related the resources’s promotion way. Hamel classified core competence into three kinds: closed to market, related to faith, related to function. Hamel’s classification of core competence is based on the manufacture enterprise. The Commercial bank is a kind of service enterprise, this thesis classify core competence into three types: the close market class, the service function class, the basic function class. This thesis is divided six parts. The foreword part introduced this thesis selected topic background, the research significance and the research technique. The first chapter discussed the correlation theories review, introduced the correlation theories which involves. The second chapter has analyzed the domestic and foreign banking industry present development situation and the tendency, seeks for its core competence in the present situation. The third chapter elaborated that our country’s commercial bank must construct seven kind of core competence. The fourth chapter elaborated the constitution core competence resources structure promotion in detail. The conclusion part, in the existing resources foundation, elaborated our country’s commercial bank’s direction in the construction of core competence.
