中文摘要：	我国港口建设工程数量正随着全球贸易一体化发展以及我国国家战略需要呈现逐年上升趋势，其建设规模大、建设内容广泛、建设周期长、参建人员多等特点又决定了这类工程建设安全问题多、安全风险大、管理难度大。 本文的研究目的便是针对港口建设工程安全管理问题，依据管理学原理和安全管理相关理论和方法，探讨适用于港口建设工程的安全管理方法。具体而言，目的就是通过对港口建设工程的安全管理特点的研究，建立该类工程的安全管理体系，确定适合该类工程的安全管理方法。 本文依据管理学、安全技术工程、安全系统工程、经济学等相关学科原理理论，运用比较研究及归纳、演绎等手段，对工程建设安全管理理论、工程建设安全管理方法进行了系统的梳理和比较分析。采用文献法、案例法对港口建设工程特点进行分析，确定适合、有效的安全管理方法，并选取实际案例进行实证研究。 全文共分六章，第一章为绪论，主要是提出问题，说明选题目的和意义，阐述研究内容和方法；第二章为相关理论回顾，主要对本文涉及到的相关理论进行了系统回顾和梳理；第三章为体系构建，主要通过对港口建设工程安全管理特点、建设流程及影响因素进行分析，建立安全管理体系；第四章为安全管理方法的选择和应用，详细介绍了适合港口建设安全管理的方法并运用这些方法分析安全问题。第五章为案例研究，主要以天津港北港池集装箱码头三期工程为例进行实证研究；第六章为结论，主要对本文研究结果进行总结并阐述了不足之处。
英文摘要：	With the development of the world trade and national strategy, the amount of the port engineering projects become more and more in the recent years. Such projects are hard to be managed which have many problems in terms of security and risks because of its scale are larger, the content are more extensive, the construction are longer and the workers involve in are much more than the other projects. The thesis mainly focus on the security management problem of the port engineering project to explore suitable methods based on the theory of management and other security theories and methods. Further the more, the thesis will provide a suitable management method for the port engineering security by doing the research on the characters and establishing the security management system of the port engineering project. The thesis makes a comparable analysis on the theory and method of engineering security management by using the way of comparable research, inducement and deduction based on the relevant theory in terms of management, security technique engineering, security system engineering and economics. The thesis also analysis the characters of the port engineering and cases study in order to define the suitable and effective management way for the engineering security. Meanwhile, the thesis chooses the real cases to make the evidence study. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction which mainly point out the problems, the purpose, the significant for writing this thesis, the content and the method. The second part is the theory reviews which mainly review the concerned theory. The third part is the system establishment which builds the engineering security management system by anglicizing the characters, the construction process and the influence elements of the port engineering. The fourth part is the choose and the application of the way for the security management which concretely introduce the suitable way of the port engineering security management and take this way to analysis the security problem. The fifth part is the case study which takes the project of Tianjin Port Beigangchi Container Terminal Phase Three as the case to do the real research. The sixth part is the conclusion which concludes the result and point out the further study concerned this thesis
