中文摘要: | 随着经济的发展,我国居民的金融产品需求层次正在发生深刻的变化,个人金融业务市场需求总量不断扩大。2006年底银行业全面对外开放,外资银行涉足在华个人金融业务,给我国个人金融市场带来了冲击。面对个人金融业务发展的新形势,寻求并实施积极有效的发展策略已经成为银行业必须解决的问题。针对这种情况,本文对中国工商银行个人金融业务的发展现状及问题进行分析,并提出建设性的发展策略和建议,希望这些策略对于促进工商银行个人金融业务的进一步发展,提高其个人金融业务市场占有率,具有一定的指导意义。 本文首先介绍了论文选题的背景和意义,研究思路和研究方法。之后介绍了商业银行个人金融业务的内涵,回顾了市场细分理论、市场定位理论和金融创新理论。在对上述相关理论做出回顾后,介绍了个人金融业务在我国的发展历史和现状,我国银行业全面开放后外资银行在华发展情况,介绍了工商银行个人金融业务发展情况,并分析了工商银行发展个人金融业务的优劣势,存在的问题及成因。接下来论文为工商银行进一步发展个人金融业务进行了策略设计,从市场定位、产品创新和分销渠道这三个方面加以论述,提出了工商银行个人金融业务的发展策略。最后,论文从市场定位、产品创新和服务渠道三个方面提出了工商银行个人金融业务的具体发展措施。 本文通过对工商银行个人金融业务研究提出以下发展策略。首先对工商银行个人客户市场进行细分,在市场细分的基础上将目标市场定位于中高端客户,同时要服务好一般客户。对目标市场进行定位后,运用交叉组合创新法和新产品创新法对个人金融产品进行产品创新,以满足不同层次客户的不同市场需求。最后,建立一个集网点、自助银行、网上银行、电话银行、手机银行等渠道于一身的多元化的服务渠道,使各类服务渠道可以满足业务发展的需求,使金融产品能通过这些渠道顺利的销售给目标客户。 | |
英文摘要: | With the changes in the financial markets, the total demand of individual financial business has grown gradually, and profound changes have also taken place in the residents’ demand for better financial services. At the end of 2006, the banking has been opened to the whole world. The foreign banks want to grabbing a share of China’s individual financial business, which also exert great impacts on hinterland market. Facing such new changes, trying to seek effective strategies has become an urgent problem to solve for ICBC. In view of the changes, the author of the thesis analyzes the present situation and put forward some constructive strategies, intending to shed lights on improving the individual financial business and how to meet the great challenges of the financial market. Starting with the background and significance of the thesis, the author explores the means of study and reveals the meaning of individual financial business in commercial banks. The following chapter deals with such theories as market classification, market location, and financial innovation. After the review of the related financial theories, the thesis reveals the characteristics of the individual financial business in foreign banks, and calls on to learn from them. And then the author gives a survey about china’s individual financial business, focusing on it with ICBC. From the three perspectives---market location, product innovation, and distribution channel, the author brings about some strategies and suggestions on the development of individual financial business. The author indicates at the concluding part that individual financial business market is supposed to further classified, on the basis of which, the management should fix the focus onto VIPs with ICBC. Aiming at the prospective clients, the management may use both mixed innovation and new products innovation methods to create new financial products to meet the needs of various kinds of customers. The last but not the least, a multi-layer distribution method is expected to be built up involving the outlet, self-service bank, ATM, post vending machine, net bank, telephone bank and so forth to satisfy the clients’ demands for growing financial business. | |
