中文摘要: | 目前,几乎每一种产品、服务、流程和功能中都深深地植入了信息技术的内核。无论是产品的设计、采购、计划、制造、物流、生产、库存,还是客户订单的处理、产品的配送、客户服务以及相关的财务和会计处理,企业链条中的所有环节都离不开信息技术。对于企业经理来说,如何选择有效的信息技术解决方案是需要作出的重要决策之一。而信息技术的广泛应用同样意味着无论他们愿不愿意,都必须具备IT方面的技能,而这常常超出他们的能力范围。 信息技术外包是企业利用外部信息技术资源的重要战略措施。二十世纪八十年代中期以来,信息技术外包逐渐成为规模最大的服务外包对象,成为推动当代服务业生产方式变革和经济全球化浪潮的重要力量。越来越多的企业根据自身的战略需要,利用外包策略来谋求企业的更快发展。 然而,在信息技术外包迅速发展的同时,外包者们也面临着许多问题。诸如,企业应当将那些信息技术功能或内容外包出去?在外包的过程中,如何保证承包商提供的服务与企业的发展方向相吻合?如何保证外包后的信息技术及系统运行的安全和运行质量?承包方和发包方的关系如何维护?如何对信息技术外包承包方进行考评?诸如此类的问题,常常困扰着实施信息技术外包的企业。因此,需要我们对这些问题进行研究和探讨。 本文研究了当代信息技术外包的内容与对象,在前人理论研究的基础上,重点考察了信息技术外包的驱动力量,并以某化妆品公司的信息技术外包策略为例,探讨了信息技术外包策略的运行过程,外包策略与企业战略的协调,外包双方关系的处理,外包策略实施过程中的需要注意与解决的问题。并对该企业的信息技术外包策略提出了改进设想。 | |
英文摘要: | Nowadays, nearly every kind of product, service and process has been embedded with the core of Information Technology (IT). From product design, procurement, plan, manufacture, logistics, warehouse, to customer order, delivery, customer service and related accounting, no matter what process in enterprise can not leave IT. How to choose an effective IT solution has become one of the most important decisions needed be made by managers. Furthermore, the extensive scope of IT’s application in enterprise means that all managers should have a good grasp of IT skill regardless their willingness, which always exceed their capability. Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) is an important strategic means to utilize external IT resources. From the mid of 1980s, IT has become the largest object outsourced which became an important driver for the revolution of current service model and the globalization of economy. More and more enterprises are using ITO strategy to implement its strategy. With the development of ITO, many new problems are faced. For example, what should be outsourced, how to make sure what the service provided by provider comply with the development of the enterprise, how to make sure IT’s security and operation quality after the outsourcing, how to maintain the relationship between the contractee and contractor, how to measure ITO’s contractor, such questions often puzzled enterprises using ITO strategy. So, these questions need to be reviewed and discussed. The paper observed current ITO’s content and object. Based on some existing theories, major drivers for the ITO have been analyzed. Based on a specific ITO case in a cosmetics company, the process of ITO operation, the coordination of ITO and enterprise’s strategy, the handling method of contractor and contractee’s relationship, matters should be noticed in the implementation of ITO have been discussed. Furthermore, the improvement for ITO strategy in the company is suggested. | |
