中文摘要：	21世纪的管理是价值管理的时代，企业的价值管理主要体现在价值投资与价值创造两个方面。网络经济和信息技术的发展在组织架构和管理模式上给予了企业价值管理技术上的支持和理念上的衍生。可以说，价值管理正在逐步成熟，成为当代企业管理的核心。 项目投资则正是企业价值管理的核心内容，它是企业价值创造的根本。所以说，企业价值管理实质上就是对项目投资做出科学决策，而项目的经济评价又是项目投资决策关键内容。 项目的经济评价就是对项目的经济合理性进行计算、分析、论证，并且提出结论性指导意见的全过程。它是工程项目进行可行性研究工作的一项重要内容，也是最终可行性研究报告的一个非常重要组成部分。其目的是根据国民经济长远规划和地区、部门（或行业）规划的要求，结合产品的需求预测与工程技术研究，并且通过计算、分析、论证和多方案比较，从而提出全面的评价报告。 项目投资要求投资家要有敏锐的市场洞察力，及时地把握投资机会。期权投资理论的产生为企业项目经济评价和决策提供了科学的理论基础，能很好克服传统投资评价理论的缺陷。本文将运用期权理论对项目财务评价得出的净现值进行修正。文章首先对盾构机项目的特殊性进行分析；其次对盾构机项目进行了财务评价及国民经济评价；最后对上述内容作总结并得出结论。 关键词:项目财务评价 项目国民经济评价 实物期权
英文摘要：	21st century is the era of management which is based on value management. The value management of enterprise is mainly reflected in value investment and value creation. The development of the network economy and information technology gave technical support and derivative concept to value management of enterprise in the organizational structure and administering model. We can say that value management is gradually mature and become the core of modern enterprise management. Decision-making of project investment is precisely the core of enterprise value management, which is fundamental to corporate value creation. Therefore, the enterprise value management is essentially to make scientific decisions on the project investment, while the project's economic evaluation is also key elements of the project investment decision-making. Project's economic evaluation is the whole process of calculating, analyzing and demonstrating the economic rationality and offering guidance of the project. It is an important content of carrying on the work of project feasibility study. It is also essential component of the final feasibility study report. The aim is to make a comprehensive evaluation report based on long-term planning of the national economy and planning requirements of regions, departments (industry) and combined with the product demand forecasting and engineering research and through calculation, analysis, demonstration and multi-program comparison. Project investment request the investors have keen insight of market and the ability of grasping the opportunities for investment as soon as possible. The option investment theory is a good tool to evaluate venture capital project, can overcome the flaw of the traditional project investment appraisal theory. The thesis will use the option theory to revise the net present value of the project financial evaluation. Firstly, the thesis analyzes the special nature of the TBM project. Secondly, the thesis makes financial evaluation and economic evaluation to the TBM project. Finally, the thesis sums up all above contents and draw conclusions.
