| 中文摘要： | 在经济全球化和中国市场经济改革发展的进程中，中国的企业成为国民经济中投资决策的主体，在国民经济中发挥着举足轻重的作用。而当今又正逢金融危机灾难蔓延，外部经济形势严重影响到企业的经营与管理。企业的融资行为已经逐渐上升到战略高度，越来越与企业的整体发展战略紧密地结合在一起。融资战略管理作为企业经营管理的一个重要环节越来越受到企业的重视，尤其是大型基本建设项目，战略性融资管理尤为重要，其不仅可以满足工程建设的资金需求，保障工程顺利按时完工，同时可以降低资金成本，控制资金风险。本文联系天津港（集团）有限公司就天津临港产业区投资控股有限公司（简称临港产业公司）的建设项目融资案例进行分析，在回顾总结国内外融资基础理论、战略融资理论、项目融资等理论的基础上，将这些理论运用在天津港集团的战略融资管理实践中。从实践方面，本文主要解决的问题即是天津港集团对临港产业公司的融资问题，结合传统银行贷款产品和新型债权、股权、信托等融资产品，为公司融资需求提供了多样化选择。除了指导公司多样化融资以外，还对公司战略融资的成本管理、风险管理、战略的动态调整作出了初步的探讨，从而期望对大型企业融资管理战略提供有价值的理论参考和经验借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要： | With the process of world economic globalization and China’s reform and market opening, Chinese enterprises have grown into the most important parts and main investment sources of domestic economy. Today we’re going through the overwhelming global financial crisis of the century, the external economic situation has greatly undermined Chinese enterprises’ investment decisions and daily operations. Financial strategy has become more and more important for all the enterprises especially the big ones. It not only provided the fund the enterprises needed to grow, but also help to reduce financial cost and risk and guarantee the success of the building project. In this paper, we investigate the case of building Tianjin Port Industry Area by Tianjin Port (Group) Co.,Ltd as its parent company to analysis Tianjin Port (Group) Co.,Ltd’s financing behavior and strategy. In the first, both domestic and foreign financing theory, strategy financing theory, project financing theory are reviewed and summarized to provide economic theory foundations for the following study. Then we step into the practical case study to solve the problem of how to get sufficient fund for the building of Tianjin Port Industry Area. The financing method includes, traditional bank loan, debt financing, stock share financing, and trust financing. In addition, we discuss the cost management, risk-mitigate arrangement, and financing strategy adjustment. The goal of this study is to provide useful experiences and theory development for big enterprises’ project financing strategy management. | |
