中文摘要: 经济全球化已经成为了当今时代的一个重要特征,它是一个动态复杂的经济现象,是通过贸易、资金流动、技术涌现、信息网络和文化交流等方式,形成世界范围内的经济高速融合。世界范围内各国经济通过不断增长的商品劳务的交换、国际资金的流动、现代科学技术的传播等途径,相互作用相互影响,形成既存在竞争又相互依赖的现象。在经济全球化的大背景下,实现国际化战略、加快国际化进程已成为中国企业应对经济全球化浪潮的战略选择。中国改革开放20多年来,综合国力和企业的国际竞争力不断增强,许多中国企业已经跨出国门,从事国际化经营,并取得了一定的成绩。企业决定进入国际市场,就必须实施国际化经营战略,并且要尽可能地降低国际化经营的风险,从而获得良好的经营收益。而企业在实施国际化进程中,必须对目标市场的选择、进入国际市场的途径以及国际化扩展的速度等等问题做出正确的决策。在这些问题中,最重要的就是进入国际市场的途径选择,即国际市场进入模式的选择问题。企业国际化的市场进入模式选择问题根源于经济全球化对企业生存和发展的冲击以及市场作为资源配置手段的局限性,是企业国际化的核心问题之一。各种进入模式之间有相当大的区别,而合适的进入模式对于企业在国际市场竞争中的效益有非常大的影响,国际市场进入模式的选择关系到企业国际化的成败,因此对企业国际化市场进入模式的研究也吸引了越来越多学者的关注。 本论文首先从出口进入模式、契约进入模式、投资进入模式以及国际战略联盟四个方面阐述了国际市场进入模式的类型及特征,并分析了中国企业进入国际市场的动因及市场进入模式选择的现状;其次对国际市场进入模式选择的相关理论和文献进行综述,系统阐述了国际市场进入模式选择的国际化渐进理论、交易成本理论、折衷理论、组织能力理论、议价能力理论及决策过程理论,并回顾评述了国内外国际市场进入模式选择的相关文献;然后本文将权变理论引入国际市场进入模式选择的分析中,以扩展的交易成本理论及组织动态能力理论为基础,构建了企业国际市场进入模式选择的多维权变分析模型,该模型的主线为“市场进入模式影响因素—市场进入模式—市场进入模式绩效”的分析框架;在以国际化经营的中国企业为样本进行访谈、问卷调查获取一手资料数据的基础上,本文运用叙述性统计分析、主成份分析、信度分析及路径关系分析等方法,对多维权变模型进行了实证检验,并得出相应的分析结论;最后,本文在进一步分析中国企业国际市场进入模式选择所存在问题的基础上,给出了相应的对策和建议。  
英文摘要:Economic globalization has become an important characteristic of present-day society. It is a dynamic and complex economy, which is highly melted through trade, capital flows, emerging technology, information network and cultural exchange. It is the worldwide high-speed economic integration. That is, it is an interdependent phenomenon formed by extensive transportation of numerous and various goods and services, international capital flows and technology transferred widely and swiftly in the growing economies all over the world. Based on the background of economic globalization, to realize internationalization strategy and accelerate internationalization process is a strategic choice for the economic globalization wave. China’s more than 20 years’ reform and opening-up have brought more powerful comprehensive national strength to this country and stronger international competitiveness to the enterprises. Many enterprises went abroad for transnational operation, and have already made some progress. The enterprises decided to operate abroad have to carry out transnational business strategy and reduce risk possibly and get handsome operating income. In the process of internationalization, enterprises should make the correct decisions on the markets they operate in, the ways they enter in international market and the speed of internationalization, among which, the most important is the ways they enter in international market, that is, choice of international market entry mode. The choice of international market entry mode originates from the shock on survival and development of enterprises put by the world economic globalization and the limitations of market which is as the means of resource allocation, and is the core of enterprises’ internationalization. There exists many differences among these entry modes, but the suitable entry mode may have great influence on the profit of competitions, and problems dealt with, which concerns the success of enterprises’ internationalization. Thus, as a very important subject, researches about choice of international market entry mode have been attracting lots of scholars. This dissertation first elaborates the types and characteristics of international entry mode choice from four aspects: export entry modes, contractual entry modes, investment entry modes and international strategic alliances, and then analyzes the motivation of China’s enterprises to enter the international market and the current situation of the entry mode choice; the next part summarizes the relative theories and literature on choice of entry mode and systematically elaborates international evolutionary theory, transaction cost theory, eclectic theory, organizational capacity theory, bargaining power theory and decision-making process theory of the choice of international market entry mode, and review the relative literature at home and abroad about the choice of international market entry mode; the third part introduces contingency theory into the analysis of choice of international market entry mode, and constructs Multi-dimensional contingency model on corporations’ choice of international market entry mode based on the expansion of the transaction cost theory and organizational and dynamic capacity theory. The main line of this model is the analysis framework “affecting factors of market entry mode—modes of market entry—performance of market entry mode”. Based on the First-hand information and data getting from interview and questionnaire survey on the sample of China’s enterprises doing internationalization operation, this dissertation uses descriptive statistical analysis, principal component analysis, reliability analysis and path analysis to make empirical test on Multi-dimensional contingency model to draw the corresponding conclusions. The ending part of this dissertation makes a further analysis of the open questions of international entry mode choice of China’s enterprises and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
