中文摘要: 在已经过去的20世纪的最后20年里,非营利组织在世界各国,特别是发达国家迅速地发展和壮大。美国学者萨拉蒙认为全球非营利组织的兴起是一场“社团革命”,并把非营利组织的兴起与19世纪国家的兴起相提并论。越来越多的人们认识到非营利组织正和政府、企业一起以“三足鼎立”之势构成一个健康、完整的社会。伴随着全球化的浪潮,中国的非营利组织正在迅速成长,并在我国的经济发展、社会进步和满足人们日益多样化的需求方面发挥着重要作用。 非营利组织是使命为先的组织,为利益相关者服务是非营利组织的使命和根本目标。非营利组织在提供社会服务中对许多利益相关者负有责任,如顾客、员工、志愿者、个人捐赠者、董事会、资助团体等。利益相关者在非营利组织中有不同的利益,他们的目标不尽一致,有时甚至互相矛盾。利益相关者影响非营利组织目标的实现也受非营利组织目标实现的影响,对组织的生存发展至关重要。 本文以非营利组织为研究对象,从利益相关者分析入手,对基于利益相关者的非营利组织社会资本进行研究。全文共分九大部分。 第一章,绪论。本章首先从国外非营利组织发展的现状、中国非营利组织的发展历程、中国非营利组织发展的现状、国内外非营利组织的研究现状等四个方面来阐释本研究的背景与动机,尔后对研究的内容、架构、方法及主要创新点作以简要描述。 第二章,相关理论回顾与评析。主要对非营利组织的概念及其相关经济管理理论、利益相关者理论、社会资本和组织绩效等领域的既有研究成果进行了系统梳理回顾与评析。 第三章,非营利组织的利益相关者。本章首先探讨了非营利组织利益相关者内涵和外延,分析了非营利组织利益相关者的属性;其次,就非营利组织与利益相关者的作用与反作用进行探讨,分析利益相关者参与非营利组织的动机和需求;最后,在对利益相关者的权力和影响变量进行归类分析的基础上,尝试构建了非营利组织利益相关者的图形分析工具——利益相关者影响环。 第四章,基于利益相关者的非营利组织社会网络。本章分三个层次对非营利组织的社会网络进行分析,首先研究了非营利组织社会网络的结构及其特征,探讨了利益相关者影响的不同结构基础;其次研究了非营利组织社会网络的关系,提出了利益相关者关系品质的信任机制;最后,研究了非营利组织社会网络的运动规律,揭示了社会网络环境、社会网络焦点和社会网络关系的动态性,提出了非营利组织社会网络的构建模型。 第五章,基于利益相关者的非营利组织社会资本类型与表现形式。对非营利组织社会资本进行了概念的界定,探讨了非营利组织社会资本的类型和特征;对非营利组织利益相关者个人的社会资本表现形式进行研究;最后,研究提出了社会资本对非营利组织的智力资本优势、人力资本优势和心理契约优势的作用机制。 第六章,基于利益相关者的非营利组织社会资本生成。采用系统的观点,对非营利组织社会资本生成的元素、结构和环境进行了分析。分层次提出了基于利益相关者个人的、基于非营利组织的和基于非营利组织环境的社会资本生成驱动因素。 第七章,基于利益相关者的非营利组织社会资本与组织绩效。本章分析了基于利益相关者的非营利组织社会资本与组织绩效关系,探讨了社会资本对组织的资源获得、运行效率、利益相关者支持和组织学习创新的促进机制;对平衡记分卡在非营利组织绩效衡量中的应用和局限性进行了分析;研究提出了社会资本积累导向的非营利组织绩效测评体系。 第八章,社会资本积累导向的非营利组织利益相关者管理。首先,研究提出了非营利组织利益相关者的管理原则,进而分别探讨了非营利组织的志愿者、捐赠者和董事会的信任关系建立的影响变量和途径。 最后是结论,主要对本研究的主要结论进行总结与归纳,同时,对有待继续研究的问题进行展望。  
英文摘要: In the last 20 years of the past 20th century, nonprofit organization has risen around the world, especially in the developed country. American scholar Salamon thinks that the rising of global nonprofit organization is a “corporation revolution”, and mentions the rising of nonprofit organization in the same breath with the rising of countries in the 19th century. More and more people are realizing that nonprofit organization, together with government and enterprise as a “tripod structure” forms a healthy and complete society. With the globalization tide, the nonprofit organization in China is growing rapidly, and playing an important role in the economic development, social progress and satisfying people’s multiple needs in China. The nonprofit organization is an organization that places the mission at the first place, to serve the steakholder is the mission and target of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization has responsibility to many stakeholders while supplying social service, such as customer, employee, volunteer, personal donator, board of director, and donating society etc. The stakeholders are the people that have different interest in the nonprofit organization. Their targets may not be the same, even contradictory. They have very important influence on the existence and development of the organization. The dissertation takes nonprofit organization as research object and starts with the analysis of the stakeholder in the nonprofit organization, to study the social capital of the nonprofit organization. The dissertation is formed by the following nine parts: Chapter One: Introduction. The dissertation first starts with the development status quo of foreign nonprofit organization, the development history of the nonprofit organization in China, the development status quo of nonprofit organization in China and the current study situation of both domestic and abroad nonprofit organization etc. To explain the background and motive from these four aspects mentioned above of the dissertation. Then the dissertation provides brief introduction on the content, structure, method and main innovation points of the study. Chapter Two: Review, evaluation and analysis on related theory. The dissertation carries out the review and research on the nonprofit organization and related study result, mainly involves the existing study result on: the concept of nonprofit organization and related economic management theory, stakeholder theory, social capital and organization performance etc. areas. Chapter Three: The stakeholder in the nonprofit organization. The dissertation firstly starts with the meaning and extension of the stakeholder in the nonprofit organization, analyses the property of the stakeholder in the nonprofit organization; secondly, carried out the research on the action and reaction between the nonprofit organization and the stakeholder, analysis the motive and need that the stakeholder join in the nonprofit organization; finally, on the basis of classifying and analyzing to the power and influence variables of the stakeholder, has tries to form a graphic analyzing tool of the stakeholder in the nonprofit organization---the influence circle of the stakeholder. Chapter Four: The social network of nonprofit organization on the basis of stakeholder. The dissertation analyses the social network of the nonprofit organization from three aspects. First, the dissertation analyzes the social network structure and feature of the nonprofit organization, probes into the different structure basis of the stakeholder influence; secondly, the dissertation analyzes the social network relation of the nonprofit organization, puts forward the trust system of the stakeholder relation quality; finally, analyzes the movement principle of the social network of the nonprofit organization, opens out the dynamic feature of the social network environment, social network focus and social network relation, puts forward the structure model of the social network of the nonprofit organization. Chapter Five: The type and behaving form of the social capital of nonprofit organization based on stakeholder. Firstly, the dissertation defines the concept of the social capital of nonprofit organization based on stakeholder, probes into the type and property of it; secondly, carries out analysis to the personal social capital behaving form of the stakeholder in the nonprofit organization; finally, carries out analysis to the behaving form of the social capital of the nonprofit organization, probes into the function system of the social capital to the intelligent capital advantage, human capital advantage and psychological contract advantage in the nonprofit organization. Chapter Six: The creation of the social capital of the nonprofit organization based on stakeholder. The dissertation analyses the creation element, structure and environment of the nonprofit organization with the systematic point of view, puts forward the driving factor of social capital creation based on the stakeholder, nonprofit organization and nonprofit organization environment in different parts. Chapter Seven: The performance of the nonprofit and social capital of nonprofit organization based on stakeholder. Firstly, the dissertation analyzes the relationship between the nonprofit organization performance and the social capital in the nonprofit organization based on stakeholder, discusses the promoting system of social capital to the resource derivation, operation efficiency, support of the stakeholder and study innovation of the organization; secondly, analyzes the application and limitation of balance scorecard of the performance evaluation in the nonprofit organization; finally, puts forward the evaluation system of the performance in the non-profit organization led by the social capital accumulation. Chapter Eight: The management of the stakeholder in the nonprofit organization led by the social capital accumulation. Firstly, the dissertation puts forward the management principle of the stakeholder in the nonprofit organization, then separately discusses the influence variables and ways of the trusting relation establishment among the volunteer, donator and the board of director. The last part is the conclusion. The dissertation summarizes and concludes the major conclusion of the research, prospecting to the future research.
