中文摘要: 近年来,学术界对中国式企业管理价值选择与实践模式的研究逐步兴起,本论文借鉴前人研究成果,超越对于华人企业进行研究的一般范围,向理论源头和实践模式两个深处挺进,从对中国文化传统的演变与特点入手,研究其对中国企业管理价值的影响与中国企业管理模式的选择。 本论文主要研究内容分为六个部分。第一部分的研究重点是对文化传统、企业管理与管理价值观的基本研究范畴界定,分为管理视角的文化与文化传统、文化传统与管理价值观两个核心研究内容。在对文化、文化传统、管理价值观、管理实践模式等进行基本分析基础上,重点研究文化传统的特性以及文化传统对企业管理价值观的重大影响两个核心点。第二部分主要对相关重要理论文献进行回顾与评析,从跨学科角度,对国外社会科学理论家对文化传统与经济发展关系的研究进行介绍与评述,之后对西方管理学者对文化(传统)与管理及管理价值观关系的研究成果进行了介绍与梳理。在此基础上,本部分的重点是对中外学者对中国文化与企业管理价值观的研究状况进行了介绍与评价。第三部分讨论中国文化传统的特点及其演进中的影响,从地理环境、农耕模式、宗法制度等三个方面探讨中国文化的渊源与思想基础,同时指出中国文化传统的基本特质为基于“天人合一”思想的系统与平衡观、基于农耕实践理性的静态与内向观和基于宗法组织形态的家国主义观。第四部分从领导—管理者个体角度,从集权与专权、距离感强、仁慈与教诲等三个方面探讨中国企业管理中的权威主义与道德主义并行的企业领导—管理观。第五部分从组织角度研究中国群体主义特征的企业组织观与制度观,即群体主义与特殊主义人际关系相结合的企业组织观、“人治”与“德治”对企业制度观的影响。第六部分主要研究社会转型与中国企业管理价值观变迁,通过文化传统对企业管理价值观“濡化”的方法论解释,重点探讨当代中国文化流变与企业管理价值观变迁问题,提出了基于文化变革的中国企业管理价值观变迁趋向。 本论文创新之处主要是从管理实践角度严格区别了“文化”与“文化传统”, 将管理的文化约束严格定义在“文化传统”这一基本概念上,在很大程度上避免了“文化”这一概念的广泛性与不确定性,将文化传统既作为一个源流,又作为一个动态的活体;将“管理价值观”这一概念引入管理的文化传统约束研究之中,从中国文化与管理价值观角度探讨管理行为与管理模式问题,以“文化与管理价值观”为核心,探讨管理模式发生的机制;从中国企业管理实践角度“回溯”中国文化的源流与基本特征,期望从总体上建立一种管理的中国文化约束分析假设与框架,以期对中国企业管理价值观与管理模式的研究奠定必要的文化“概念”基础;分析与确立了中国企业管理价值观研究的基本范畴,从中国企业管理实践出发,分析并确立了领导—管理者价值观、企业组织价值观、企业制度价值观等几个方面;初步总结了中国文化传统对企业管理的递进作用。  
英文摘要: With the booming of research on the value choice and practice mode of Chinese-style enterprise management, based on the previous research, this dissertation is to explore the theoretical origin and depth of practice mode beyond the research scope of the study of Chinese enterprises. Starting from the evolution and characteristics of the Chinese cultural tradition, the dissertation studies their influences on the notion of management value and management mode choice of Chinese enterprises. This dissertation consists of six parts. In the first part, the research scope of cultural tradition, enterprise management and the notion of management value are defined with the focus on culture and cultural tradition from the perspective of management and cultural tradition and the notion of management value. Based on the analysis of culture, cultural tradition, management value and management practice mode, this part focuses on the characteristics of cultural tradition and the impact of cultural tradition on the notion of management value. In the second part, relative literature is reviewed. From the perspective of cross disciplines, this part introduces and reviews the study on the relationship between cultural tradition and economic development by some foreign social theorists like Marx Weber, Hayek, Parsons, and then introduces and sums up the researches of western management scholars on the relationship between cultural tradition and the notion of management value. The focus of this part is on the introduction and review of the study of Chinese and foreign scholars on Chinese culture and enterprise management value. In the third part, the spirit of Chinese cultural tradition and its influences in the process of evolution are discussed. This part explores the origin and foundation of Chinese culture from the perspectives of geographical environment, farming mode and patriarchal system. It also points out that the primary features of Chinese cultural tradition are notion of systematic balance based on the thought of “unity of nature and man”, notion of static state and diffidence based on farming practice and the notion of kindred-nation based on patriarchal organization. In the fourth part, the notion of leading and managing an enterprise with both authoritarianism and moralism in the management of Chinese enterprises is discussed from the perspective of individual leaders and managers and from the aspects of centralization, distance sensitivity and mercy and edification. In the fifth part, the collectivist Chinese organization and system are studied from the perspective of organization. That is, it studies the enterprise organization with the combination of collectivism and special interpersonal relationships, and the influences of “managing with man” and “managing with morals” on the system of enterprises. In the sixth part, social transition and transformation of Chinese enterprise management value are studied. Through the “enculturation” of cultural tradition into enterprise management value, this part mainly explores Chinese cultural changes and the transformation of enterprise management value and proposes the trend of Chinese enterprise management value based on cultural changes. The innovation of this dissertation lies in that it strictly distinguishes culture from cultural tradition and put culture restriction of management strictly on the basic concept of “cultural tradition”, which to a large extent avoids the universality and uncertainty of the concept of “culture”. It treats culture as both a headstream and a dynamic body; it introduces the concept of “notion of management value” into the study of culture restriction of management and explores management behavior and mode from the perspective of Chinese culture and the notion of management value; it explores the mechanism of management mode with culture and management value as the core. This dissertation retrospects the headstream and basic features and Chinese culture from the perspective of enterprise management practice in China with a hope to establish the framework for analyzing Chinese culture restriction in the field of management, so as to lay the conceptual cultural foundation for the study of Chinese enterprise management value and management mode. This dissertation also analyzes and defines the research scope of Chinese enterprise management value and establishes notion of leader-manager value, the notion of enterprise organizational value and the notion of enterprise system value. Finally, the dissertation tentatively summarizes the enhancing role of Chinese cultural tradition in enterprise management.
