| 中文摘要: | 企业都生存在一定的环境中,而环境的复杂性和动态性则加剧了企业生存的风险,当这风险影响到企业的发展战略或其生存时,企业面临的风险也就演变成了危机。企业面对危机时如何应对,如何解决危机则是本论文研究的课题。本研究的意义和目的就在于为恰当处理危机提供指导原则,以便避免或减少损失。而这对于中国的企业来说,则具有特别的意义。从中国企业的现状来看,中国的企业普遍缺乏危机意识,也没有什么危机预警机制,仅仅在危机爆发时,仓促应对,不能将危机消灭在萌芽状态之中,从而造成很大的损失,严重的甚至威胁到生存。 所以本文的研究希望能够唤起中国企业的危机意识,也切实希望本文能够对中国企业的危机应对有所帮助。本研究采取个案研究方式,一方面经由现有文献整理出危机的特性、危机的发展的阶段性质以及可能影响危机发生的系统因素;另一方面经由期刊、杂志或新闻媒体之公开报导等二手资料的整理,以了解并归纳现今中外企业在预防危机发生的普遍做法,以及在危机发生时,企业的实际做法与应对措施。 本研究的范围主要围绕着中国企业危机管理及其体制的建立展开的。在研究的过程中,通过对中外企业危机应对的实际案例进行分析,以找出中外企业危机应对的不同,同时结合IMC的相关的理论,将其融入危机管理的过程中,从而构建了中国企业危机管理的模式。 本研究从IMC的角度即整合、由内而外以及利害关系者的思想来探讨危机管理的,并将这些思想融入了危机管理模式;从企业伦理、管理哲学以及文化的角度探讨了危机管理中深层次的问题,这些问题不是技术层面可以解决的; 另外本研究还探讨了高可靠性组织的危机应对模式,它为危机管理提供了一条新的思路,同时对基于IMC的企业危机管理模式设计也是一个很好的补充。;对危机阶段时期其政策的执行予以了强调。公司应在其结构层面上保证其政策的充分执行;提出了基于IMC理论的中国企业危机管理模式的最大的特点就是围绕着危机相关者进行识别、分类、传播,进而对其需求予以满足,同时整合企业内外部资源、协调行动、低成本解决危机。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Enterprises survive in certain environments. The complexity and dynamics of the environment increase the risks of survival. When having impact on the strategy and survival of the enterprises, the risks which enterprises face at this moment develop into the crisis too. How enterprises handle and solve crisis is the subject that the thesis studies. The meaning and objective of this research is to offer the guiding principle with which the crisis is managed appropriately in order to avoid or reduce losses. And this has special meaning to enterprises of China. Chinese enterprises generally lack the sense of crisis and pro-active mechanism, and only react in a hurry, and can't eliminate the crisis when it is in the cradle, which causes much loss and even threatens growth in serious case. So research of this paper is inclined to arouse crisis consciousness of Chinese enterprises, and help Chinese enterprises to response right to crisis. This research adopts the case study manner, and on one hand with documents available put forward crisis characteristic, stage nature of development and the system factors which may incur crisis, on the other hand with second hand material as periodicals, magazines, open report of news media, sum up the crisis prevention measures taken by Chinese and foreign enterprise and counter-measures and method adopted when crisis really happens. The research focuses on the setup of Chinese enterprise crisis management and the related system. In the course of the research, differences of crisis counter measure between Chinese and foreign enterprises discovered by analyzing the real cases, and related theory of IMC applied in the crisis management, the crisis management mode of Chinese Enterprises was established. This research probes into crisis management in terms of IMC, outside-in, stakeholders and interest and incorporate these thoughts in the management mode of the crisis; This research probes into profound question of the crisis management in terms of enterprise's ethics, management philosophy and culture, these problems can not be resolved in technological aspect; in addition, this research probes into crisis management that highly reliable organization deals with, and it offer one new train of thought for crisis management, and it is also a supplement to Chinese enterprise crisis management based on IMC at the same time; what’s more, this research emphasizes on the execution of policy in the phase of crisis. Company should guarantee sufficient execution of policy at their structure aspect. Some thoughts that this text puts forward are only a kind of exploratory research, among them certain question exists, please criticize and make a comment; finally, a Study on the Crisis Management Model of Chinese Enterprise: Based on Integrated Marketing Communications proposes that crisis management should be correlated with the crisis correlations which are discerned , classified , spread, satisfied and combine enterprise domestic and foreign resource and coordinate the action of the company to low the cost to solve the crisis at the same time. | |
