| 中文摘要: | 改革开放后,我国饭店业一直保持着不断发展进步的态势,追赶国际水平。但加入世贸后,面临外资饭店和外方管理的直面冲击,中国的饭店管理再也不能满足于被动的学习和借鉴,而必须形成自身的民族特色和竞争优势,积极参与国际竞争。而且在中国现代饭店所取得的成就面前,我们仍应清醒地认识到现实中存在的各种问题。问题的根源就在于文化。因此中国现代饭店要自主创新,要根本解决问题,就必须从文化根源上着手。 儒家文化作为中华民族五千年文化中的主流,对中国人的影响之深是其他文化难以比拟的。儒家文化所造就的国民的性格特征、心理模式、价值观等,是现代饭店管理开展的基础。而且儒家文化中不乏价值丰富的闪光点是值得现代管理借鉴和运用的。而在理解、研究、挖掘和利用儒家文化方面我们较之外国人更具优势。我们完全可以利用这一优势,依靠东方特有的智慧,加之对西方管理科学的学习,构建具有中国特色的饭店管理模式和管理理论,提高饭店的竞争力,在激烈的国际竞争中立于不败之地。 在肯定了儒家文化在中国现代饭店管理中运用的必要性和可行性的基础上,本文分别从饭店企业文化、饭店人性化管理、饭店产品管理以及饭店市场营销理念等方面具体论述了儒家文化运用的价值,并进一步强调儒家文化在中国现代饭店管理中运用的原则和需要注意的事项。 基于历史观和发展观,本文提出儒家文化必将继续发展,但其未来的命运如何在于其发展是否能够适应现代社会的发展需求。因此,儒家文化要继续保持其生命力,必须在保持自身特性的同时,不断调整以适应现代社会中的现代化、科学化以及其他文化。而儒家文化在中国现代饭店管理中的运用也必将随之不断发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The hotel industry in China has been keeping a progressive situation continuously. Facing the direct impact from the foreign capital and management hotel, the Chinese hotel can’t be satisfied to passive study, but should establish national feature and predominance to participate in the international competition actively. We also should realize that there are some problems existing in the hotel management. So the Chinese hotel management should take measures to solve the problems and set up ourselves special features. As mainstream of the Chinese traditional culture, the Confucianism culture influences the Chinese more deeply than any other cultures. The citizen's personality, mental mode, value...etc. which the Confucianism culture educates are the foundation of the modern hotel management. Furthermore there are many valuable contents in the Confucianism culture to exert in the modern management. So we can set up the hotel management style and theories with Chinese special features, raising hotels’ competition. This thesis dissertates the value of the Confucianism culture in modern hotel management of China from four aspects; and then emphasizes the principles and the matters should be attented. With the historical and developing viewpoint, this thesis indicates that while retaining features, the Confucianism culture need adjust to be consistent with the modernization, science and other cultures to keep the vitality. And then the exertion of the Confucianism culture in the Chinese hotel also will be developing. | |
