中文摘要: | 随着我国经济的飞速发展以及2008年奥运会的成功申办,关系到国计民生的工程建筑业也必将迎来一个高速发展期。工程建设项目规模大、投入大、建设周期长、技术复杂等特点使得其面临的不确定性因素更多,因此风险更大。对工程项目实行风险管理已越来越得到工程业界的认同与重视。如今,对工程项目风险管理的研究已成为我国项目管理理论界的研究热点。但设计阶段作为工程项目至关重要的基础工作,对该阶段的风险管理研究却并未得到足够的重视。笔者认为基于风险的特性,在项目中越早进行风险管理则效果越好,对设计阶段进行风险管理是保证设计效果与效率,进而保证项目顺利实施的必要工作。正是基于上述考虑,本文采用定性研究和理论实际相结合的方法,主要完成以下研究工作。 首先,本文在回顾设计理论的基础上,依据设计延伸的思想,将传统的设计二阶段(三阶段)划分方法,拓展为包括提出项目建议书和可行性研究工作在内的设计三阶段划分法,也即策划阶段、设计准备阶段、建筑设计阶段。 其次,以风险管理理论为基础,参照设计各阶段的工作内容,对设计各阶段存在的潜在风险因素分别做出识别。 最后,结合工程保险理论、工程项目实际运作程序以及一些现代项目管理思想,对已识别的设计各阶段风险,提出应对措施。 从理论意义而言,本文将项目设计理论与风险管理理论相结合,对工程项目设计阶段的风险管理做出了初步研究,丰富了工程项目风险管理的研究。从应用价值来说,本文的研究可以为工程项目设计阶段的风险识别与应对提供借鉴,因此,对工程实践具有一定的现实意义。 | |
英文摘要: | With the rapid development of our country’s economy and successfully undertaking Olympic Game 2008, our Project-Building industry will be fast developed. Construction projects usually require huge investments, a long construction period and complicated technique, so that construction projects always face many uncertain factors which result much risk in. Project-Building industry has much more identified with and attached importance to carry out Risk Management in construction projects. At present the research for risk management of construction projects has become a hotspot in theory study on project management. However project-design which is the most important for project hasn’t been thought much of well. Being based on the characteristics of risk penman consider that the effect will be better if risk management is carried out earlier. Risk management can guarantee the effect and efficiency of project-design, accordingly make project put in practice successfully. Because of before-mentioned reason, qualitative-analysis method will be adopted in this thesis in order to complete the nether studying work: Firstly, basing on the project-design theory and the design-extending idea, the traditional method of three-phase for design is changed into three phases including feasibility study and project suggestion, namely mastermind phase, preparative phase and building design phase. Secondly, basing on risk management theory , referring to content of all design phase, in this thesis potential risk factors of all design phases will be identified. Finally, uniting the project insurance theory, the operational procedure of project and some modern idea about project management, in this thesis the answered methods will be brought forward to all risk factors of all design phases which have been identified. As far as the theory meaning is concerned, the thesis units project-design theory with risk management theory, and primarily study on the risk management of project-design phase, furthermore enrich the study content of project risk management. As far as the applying value is concerned, the result of the thesis can be used for reference of risk-identified and risk –answered during project-design phases. Therefore the thesis has some practical sense. | |
