中文摘要：	2008年发端于华尔街的金融危机，已经影响到世界各国的经济。由于高温耐材企业主要依附于钢铁企业,2008年下半年钢铁市场的不景气，国内高温耐火材料行业也受到很大冲击，大量的中小型高温耐火材料企业减产，停产，甚至破产倒闭。中国高温耐火材料产量和消费量已多年稳居世界第一，但是却没有一家超大高温耐火材料生产企业。我国高温耐火材料产业的技术水平和产品结构与国际先进水平相比还有着较大差距，而且行业生产集中度水平低。我国高温耐火材料企业未来几年将面临国内同行业和国外竞争对手的激烈竞争，这次危机对我国高温耐火材料企业提高自身“内功”是一个很好的锻炼机会。 通过对耐火材料产业特征及在我国发展概况，找出耐火材料行业的关键要素，分析耐火材料企业在遇到危机时的暴露出来的一些问题。同时，关注那些不受金融危机影响的标杆耐火材料企业，甚至在危机面前取得的不俗成绩的企业。从耐火材料企业自身发展特点出发，分析重筑耐火材料企业核心竞争能力的关键因素。 本文试图通过对濮耐集团实例研究，分析高温耐火材料企业在核心竞争力再造方面的一些尝试和改革中的各种问题，在此基础上分析企业构筑核心竞争力的能力以及对出现的问题采取的改革措施，使企业能够更好的适应企业战略和环境的发展。 通过本文对耐火材料企业的竞争力的分析，希望可以对国内几乎空白的耐材行业研究有一定帮助，但是对企业竞争力个例的分析不可照搬其管理模式。
