| 中文摘要: | 随着设备精密度及自动化程度的不断提高,生产设备能否健康稳定运行对制造企业生产效率的影响越来越大。在国内制造业设备管理面临成本及费用、环保与安全、人员技能与数量等多方面压力的情况下,制造企业不断地寻求各种设备维护管理方法,期望能够改善企业的经营体制,提高设备综合效率及经营效益。在诸多设备管理体制中,全面生产维护(TPM)就是其中比较有效的一种。 TPM是以设备综合效率(OEE)为目标,以全系统的预防维修体制为载体,以员工的行为全规范化为过程,以企业全体成员参与为基础的生产维修、维护体制。 本文在研究和分析TPM活动体系等理论基础之上,以一家聚酯薄膜生产制造企业万华公司为研究对象,通过分析该公司设备维护管理状况及存在的问题提出了实施TPM活动的必要性。结合万华公司自身情况,确立了以万华公司薄膜工厂二号生产线为示范设备,以彻底的5S活动为基础,将个别改善和自主维护作为主体内容进行TPM活动的推进。本文对TPM在万华公司中的开展方法及过程进行了详细研究,同时针对TPM推进过程中遇到的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决对策。 通过TPM活动的开展,全员参与、预防为主的TPM理念在万华公司员工思想中得到了深入灌输,操作人员改变了原先存在的“我操作、你维护”的观念,积极主动地参与到了设备的基础维护和保养中,设备的劣化和隐患得到了有效控制和消除,设备维护预防机制得到了进一步完善,设备综合效率与TPM实施前相比有了明显提高。此外,操作人员的维护技术和分析问题、解决问题能力获得了提升,成为了维护技术型的多能操作人员。 本文的研究过程及结果期望能对国内双拉薄膜制造业的生产设备管理提供一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous development of the equipment precision and automation, the stable running of equipment has a more and more important influence on the manufacturing industry productivity. Currently, most of the domestic manufacturing enterprises are faced with much pressure coming from production cost, environment protect, safety, maintenance skill etc. More and more enterprises are seeking different equipment management methods to improve the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and to reform the enterprise management system. Total productive maintenance (TPM) is one of the effective equipment management systems. TPM is an equipment maintenance system based on preventive maintenance of the whole enterprise system, participation of all staff and normalization of all behavior. Based on the study and analysis of the basic TPM theory, this thesis takes a polyester film manufacturing company (named Wanhua hereinafter) as the study object, analyzes the existing problem of Wanhua equipment maintenance and the necessity of TPM implement in Wanhua. Especially, this thesis studies the details of the TPM implementation method and process. Combining the specific situation of Wanhua, we select the No.2 production line as the model equipment, emphasize focus improvement and autonomous maintenance as the central content based on 5S activities firstly. Via TPM application in Wanhua, TPM conception of preventive maintenance and all staff participation is rooted in most of the Wanhua employees. The operators change the original conception of “I operate, you maintain” and participate the daily maintenance actively. As the result, the equipment degradation and hidden trouble are effectively controlled and avoided, the overall equipment effectiveness is enhanced distinctly. Furthermore, the maintenance skill and problem analyzing and solving ability of the operators are apparently improved. The process of TPM implementation and achievements in Wanhua are expected to be useful for other domestic bi-axially stretched film manufacturers. | |
