中文摘要:当前,“三农”问题、信息扶贫、社会主义新农村建设已成为社会的研究热点。在这种背景下,从信息交流的角度研究农民增收、农民致富问题是一个深刻而严肃的课题。现有的文献多是对各种信息组织服务状况的研究,这种研究忽略了农民群体真正的信息需求以及各区域农民信息需求的特殊性和差异性,从而影响了农民信息收益及信息作用的科学评估。本研究侧重于对农民信息需求与信息行为进行研究,具体了解农民的信息需求倾向、信息需求特点与规律,以期为农民致富、农村脱贫提供经验研究依据。 本研究采用个案调研法,对辽宁省望花木材市场社区的数百个在外经商农户进行了问卷调查,并有选择地对其中的一些业户进行了访谈;然后采用SPSS软件,根据社会网络分析法和定性数据分析规范对收集所得的资料进行了分析,提出有关这个社区农民信息需求与交流特征的结论。 本文首先分析了农民信息需求与利用情况,包括农民的信息需求内容、信息获取渠道、信息获取的主要方式及获取障碍。本研究结果显示:虽然农民信息需求的内容广泛多样,但是农民最关注的信息为业务信息,而医疗及休闲信息的需求比例最低;虽然农民采用多种渠道(人际传播、大众传播、组织传播)获取信息,但非正式渠道是他们最为常用的信息获取工具;信息多寡、信息成本、信息信度、农民自身素质等因素是影响信息获取的主要因素。 接着,本文运用社会网络分析法,考察了农民信息交流网的网络规模、网络构成、网络关系力量,以及信息交流的社会趋同性和异质性。本研究显示:农民拥有较大的社会网络规模,社会网络资源较为丰富;家人、亲戚、朋友等角色在该交流网中占据重要地位,是农民信息交流的主要对象及依赖关系;农民的信息交流行为呈现出高趋同性、高密度、低异质性的特征。 最后,本研究根据农民信息需求与行为规律,主要从农民自身素质的提高、信息服务组织力度的加强、信息传播渠道的改善等方面提出了几点政策参考,并为本课题的后继研究提出了两点展望。  
英文摘要: Currently, the Issues Concerning Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers, Poverty Relief by Information, Rural Construction, has becoming the hot discussion topics. It is a profound and serious task to study farmers’ income increasing. The existing documentations were centralized on how various information organizations served, but ignored what farmers’ exactly need, which influenced the scientific assessment of farmers’ information effects. This study focuses on farmers’ information seeking behaviors and information communication situations, with the aim to give some experience investigation gist for rural poverty relief. By the combination of a questionnaire and oral interview schedule, a total of 156 valid respondents and 8 interviewees’ data were collected from one rural area in LiaoNing Province. All data were analyzed with SPSS and social network analysis. This study identifies farmers’ information needs and information utilization, and channels they use to access information as well as constraints they face in information seeking. The results show as follows: although the farmers have a variety of information needs, business information is the highest ranked, while medical treatment and entertainment information are ranked lastly; although many medias are used, the farmers rely on informal channels to access information; besides, some main difficulties of information access are also concluded. Then, this study presents insights into farmers’ information communication. The results throw out the farmers have big social network size and rich social resources, they often communicate with family people, relatives or friends. Furthermore, their information communication behaviors have high proportion of heterogeneity and density, while low proportion of heterogeneity. In the end, this paper recommends actions to be taken to make information available to farmers. More research on farmers’ related information is advocated.
