中文摘要: | 人类社会进入21世纪以来,社会发展日新月异,经济水平持续提高,科技进步日益加快,项目导向型社会的发展趋势日渐明显。企业受科学技术、顾客需求、市场竞争等外部环境的影响和驱动,更加动态和创新性地组织生产、经营与管理,以应对竞争环境带来的各种挑战,企业发展表现出日益强烈的项目化趋势。伴随社会发展和科技进步的加快,项目管理的应用领域越来越广,已经成为众多企业在当今高度竞争环境中谋求竞争优势的关键手段。然而,以有生命周期属性的项目为研究对象的项目管理理论与企业这种长期稳定性组织之间不可避免地会存在着各种冲突。 本文从企业长期稳定性的组织特点出发,借鉴现代项目管理理论,通过企业项目化现象的总结,从理论上界定了“企业项目化”的概念,提出了包含环境条件、转换过程和状态结果的企业项目化的概念性模型;本文借鉴能力与企业能力的概念与相关研究成果,探索性地提出了企业项目化能力的概念,设计了含理念、知识和管理三个层次的企业项目化能力概念性模型,并深入分析了其内涵和实质;本文运用能力结构、培育和评价的一般理论,紧密结合本文所提出的企业项目化和项目化能力的概念性模型以及项目管理的实践,研究提出了企业项目化能力的层级结构,设计了包含五个层级、十一个指标的企业项目化能力评估办法,探讨了企业项目化能力培育与提升的具体策略和途径。 本文关于企业项目化与企业项目化能力的理论界定、概念性模型以及相应的研究,促进了以有生命周期属性的项目为研究对象的项目管理理论与企业这种长期稳定性组织之间冲突的解决,不仅深化充实了现代项目管理的观点和理论,也为企业应对竞争环境挑战,寻求更加动态、创新性的核心能力提供了一种思路和模式。 本文主要由以下九章组成: 第一章,绪论。本章从项目管理理论和企业核心能力理论两个方面阐释了本文的研究背景与意义,介绍了本文的研究思路、框架与创新点,并对研究采用的主要方法给予了说明。 第二章,研究的相关理论回顾。本章对与本研究紧密相关的项目管理理论和企业能力理论的研究进行了回顾,并介绍了相关研究的主要成果,为本文的研究奠定了理论基础。 第三章,企业项目化与企业项目化能力研究的动因。本章从现代企业经营环境与管理特征出发,说明了社会发展的项目导向型趋势,在介绍企业项目管理应用拓展的基础上,指出了企业项目管理存在的固有冲突,明确了本文研究的动因。 第四章,企业项目化及其概念性模型。本章从现代项目的概念出发,结合企业长期稳定性的组织特点,通过企业项目化的现象总结,从理论上界定了企业项目化的概念,提出了企业项目化概念性模型,并对企业项目化的作用和范围进行分析。 第五章,企业项目化能力的概念与内涵。本章针对项目导向型社会的发展趋势和企业项目化的现实,借鉴能力和企业能力基础理论,探索性地提出企业项目化能力的概念以及企业项目化能力的概念性模型,借助企业核心能力理论,分析了企业项目化能力在实质上是当今企业谋求持续发展的一种核心能力。 第六章,企业项目化能力的构成与评价。本章对企业项目化能力构建的内外环境动因、企业项目化能力的三个层次的构成以及企业项目化能力的评价思路和方法进行了分析。 第七章,企业项目化能力的培育与提升。本章对企业项目化能力的培育内容、途径、步骤以及维护提升措施进行了深入分析,为企业项目化能力的培育与提升提供了理论指导。 第八章,天士力制药股份有限公司项目化能力案例研究。本章在对天士力股份公司项目化演变过程详细介绍的基础上,对天士力股份公司项目化能力的影响因素、认识与价值、培育与提升、能力评价进行了实证分析。 第九章,结论与后续研究展望。本章在对本文企业项目化与企业项目化能力主要研究成果进行总结与归纳的基础上,指出了本文研究的不足之处,对后续要进行的研究进行了展望。 | |
英文摘要: | As human being enter into the 21st century, with the Society developing more quickly, economic level continuously increasing, technology developing day by day, the trend to be Project-oriented society is becoming clearly and clearly. With the impacting and driving by scientific technology, customer’s needs, market competition, Enterprise is more dynamic and innovation to manage an organization to meet all kind of challenge from the environment change and enterprise development shows stronger and stronger projectization trends. With the Society development and Technology quickly development, project management is used in more and more area, and became to a key method for a lot of enterprise to earn competition advantage in the modern hot competition environment. But general project management based on a project which has a life circle feature has a conflict with enterprise which is an organization needs a long term development. This study stars from Enterprise’s long and stable organization feature, refers Modern project management theory, through Enterprise Projectization phenomenon’s summary, defines the “Enterprise Projectization” concept and explores Enterprise Projectization concept model which involved Environment condition, process transfer and status result. This study refers competency and Enterprise Competency Concept and related research result, explores Enterprise Projectization Competency Concept, designs Enterprise Projectization Competency Concept Model which involves three level as Theory, Knowledge and Management, and deeply analysis it’s meaning and substance. This study using competency structure, foster and evaluation theory, closely contacts with Concept model of Enterprise Projectization and Enterprise Projectization Competency and Project practice, explores Enterprise Projectization Competency level. This study explores Enterprise Projectization Competence evaluation method and discusses the specific Tactics and Channel which involves five levels, eleven indicators Enterprise Projectliztion Competency evaluation method. The research in this study about Enterprise Projectization and Enterprise Projectization Competency theory defining, Concept Model and related studying, promotes the conflict solving between Project management theory based on project which having a life circle and Enterprise a long and stable development organization. This study not only riches modern project management idea and theory, also provides a mind set and model for enterprise to face competition environment and look for a dynamic and creative core competency. This Study consisted of nice chapters. Chapter 1: Introduction. This chapter introduces the research background and importance of this study from Project management theory and Enterprise core competency theory study. This Chapter also introduces the study method, framework and innovation point of this research, and gives introduce on related study method. Chapter 2: related theories review. This chapter reviews Project management theory and Enterprise Competency research which are closely related to this study research. And introduces related research results, establishes theoretical foundation for this research. Chapter 3: The motivation of research on Enterprise projectization and Enterprise Projectization competency. This chapter, from the characteristics of business environment of modern enterprises, explains the Society Development with Project oriented trend. From Enterprise project management related practice development introducing, this chapter also pointed out Enterprise project management existed conflict, explicit this research motivation. Chapter 4: Enterprise Projectization and its concept model. This chapter, from modern project management concept, analysis others understand for Enterprise Projectization, and combined Enterprise itself long term stable development feature , through Enterprise Projectization phenomenon’s summary, defines Enterprise Projectization concept from theory part and explore Enterprise Projectization concept model, and does roles and scope analysis of Enterprise Projectization. Chapter 5: Concept and means of Enterprise Projectization Competency. This chapter focuses on Project-oriented Society’s development trend and Enterprise Projectization reality, referring competency and enterprise competency theory, explores Enterprise Projectization concept and Enterprise Projectization Competency Concept Model. And referring Enterprise Core Competency theory, analysis Enterprise projectization competency is a core competency for enterprise continuous development from essence. Chapter 6: Enterprise Projectization Competency’s construct reason, form and evaluation. This chapter, analysis Enterprise Projectization Competency internal-external environment reason, three level construct of Enterprise Projectization competency, and Enterprise Projectization competency Evaluation thinking and method Chapter 7: Enterprise projectization competency foster and development. This chapter has a deeply analysis on Enterprise Projectization competency’s foster content, foster channel, foster process, and maintenance method, and sets up a theory fundamental for Enterprise Projectization competency foster and development. Chapter 8: Case study on Tasly pharmaceutical company proejectlization competency. This chapter, through detail introducing on Tasly pharmaceutical company Projectization development process, has an authentic proof analysis for influence element, understand and value, foster and promotion, competency evaluation of Tasly projectization. Chapter 9: Conclusion and future research vision. This chapter, while summarizes the key research conclusions of the Enterprise projectization and Enterprise Projectization competency, point out the research shortage of this study and looked into the future of next step researches. | |
