中文摘要：	融资租赁是二十世纪六十年代世界金融创新的产物。六十年代，融资租赁业进入西方主要国家并逐步国际化，发展中国家于七十年代中期也开始发展融资租赁业。我国的融资租赁业起步于80年代，经过二十多年的摸索和实践，现已形成了一定的规模，并对经济发展起到了一定的支持和推动作用。本文通过对国内外融资租赁业发展历程的回顾及我国近年来融资租赁业所取得的成绩和存在不足的论述，表明虽然我国融资租赁业近十年来取得了长足的发展，但是，与西方发达国家相比，我国的融资租赁业还存在着很大的差距，同时，也有着巨大的发展空间。 企业发展需要资金，融资是企业经营决策的一项重要内容。由于我国市场经济尚不发达，企业融资方式比较单一，各种融资渠道并不通畅，特别是对于如何样利用融资租赁方式融资更是不太熟悉，也缺乏经验。本文以融资租赁理论为基础，通过对通用设备行业有代表性的真实案例进行分析，论证了融资租赁是企业有效的融资途径之一，指明了企业在利用融资租赁开展业务中应该注意防范的各种风险，揭示了融资租赁销售模式必将成为通用设备行业发展的一种必然趋势，对传统制造业的改造也会带来机遇。本文的研究不仅对通用设备行业的融资租赁的发展具有指导意义，同时，对其他行业融资租赁的发展也有借鉴意义。 本文对制约我国融资租赁业发展的因素进行了系统分析，并对如 何进一步发展我国融资租赁业提出了建议。虽然本文作者具备一定的 融资租赁理论知识，在租赁实践中也积累了许多经验，并力图在深度 和广度方面进行更深入的研究，但是，由于主客观方面的因素，使得 本文的研究还存在一些不足，有待在今后的研究中加以改进。本文对今后如何更好地在融资租赁方面进行研究提出一些建设性的意见。
英文摘要：	Financial leasing, a result of worldwide move of financial innovation in 1960s, was first accepted by west world in 1960s and has been global utilized. Since mid 1970s, many developing countries came to the tide of financial leasing. China began its financial leasing in 1980s. Above 20 years’ domestic studies and practices cultivate a considerable market, which contributes much to economy development. Through reviewing the development of financing lease in the world and discussing our advantage and disadvantage on it, this thesis indicates that although financing lease has a significant development in China within ten years, comparing with it in western developed countries, still has a big gap. At the same time, it has big potential development space in China. Enterprises’ development needs capital and financing is an important element in business decision making. As China’s economic market is not well developed, financing methods are comparatively simple and financing ways are not smooth, especially lacking experience and not familiar with how to make use of financial leasing. This thesis will base on the theory of financial leasing, according to the analysis on the representative true cases in general equipment industry, demonstrating that financial leasing is one of the enterprises effective financing ways, pointing out that various risks should be noted and prevented in the process of enterprises’ financial leasing, revealing that the sales model of financial leasing must to be an inevitable trend in the development of general equipment industry and it will also bring opportunities to traditional manufacturing industry transformation. The study of this thesis will not only provide guidance to financial leasing development in general equipment industry, meanwhile, but also worth learning by other industries in financing leasing. This thesis analyzed the restraining factors in the development of financing lease in China and gave some suggestion on how to develop our financing lease further. Although the writer has some speculative knowledge and experience on financing lease and try to make further research, there are some problems in the thesis because of subjective and objective factors. The thesis, at the same time, gave some suggestion on how to make better research on financing lease.
