中文摘要: 由美国房地产业泡沫、金融投资行业肆意发展和政府监管机构监督不力所共同引发的次贷危机,对美国来说是一场灾难。由它所导致的经济衰退正影响着每一个人。158年历史的雷曼兄弟宣布倒闭,94年历史的美林银行不得不被收购,美国五大投资银行纷纷宣布亏损的消息使人震惊。但是事情还远没有结束,由于经济发展的全球化,这场次贷危机所演变成的金融危机也同时影响了世界上的许多国家及行业。其中除金融行业外,受到冲击最大的恐怕就是实体经济了,尤其以制造加工型企业为主。因为金融危机的影响,企业倒闭、失业率上升,直接导致了市场需求量的大幅下滑。供大于求的现象比比皆是,不得不迫使各生产企业降低产能、减少库存,但与此同时所减少的还有销售量和它们的利润。 作为实体经济制造业中的高新技术产业—半导体行业在此次危机中也遭受到了沉重的打击,甚至一些不堪重负的企业只能无奈的选择了退出。而那些留下来的“幸存者”正在寻找新的方法、谋求新的思路,能够在危机中尽早的复苏。 本文正是在这样的大环境下,通过对文献的学习和研究,并且从美国国内和国际上其他国家两个方面,对次贷危机产生的背景和原因加以介绍和分析。然后将所影响的行业从金融行业及其相关行业进一步引申到实体经济,再引申到半导体行业。目的就是希望能够找到该行业克服危机影响,早日在竞争中复苏的对策和方法。 文中大量地运用了文献研究法、描述性研究法和数据分析法,对金融业、制造业和半导体行业在此次危机中所受到的影响加以充分的说明,使人可以直接体会到危机所带来的严重后果。论文的最后部分是寻找应对危机的策略和方法,其中从企业内部和外部两个方面各自列举了几条:外部要努力保留出口国家客户的订单、努力通过和其它公司的合作开发出新的技术;内部则要在产能压力较少的间歇期中提高科研水平,争取申请更多的产品专利,同时利用政府的产业振兴规划政策,依托于广阔的大陆市场,发展更多的本土客户。 研究结果发现,半导体行业在这次的金融危机中虽然受到了极大的冲击,有些甚至面临破产和倒闭,但在“危”中有些企业也看到了“机”,并且及时地抓住了这样的机会,不仅使企业转危为安,而且有些还完成了突破性的发展。之所以能取得这样的成绩,主要是由于平日里的企业管理正规和严格,具有“居安思危”的精神,更能在危机到来之时审时度势,制定正确的应对措施,这才能使企业能够立于不败之地。 
英文摘要:Subprime mortgage crisis, which is caused by US housing bubble, financial investment bank's arbitrary development and rating agencies' credit crunch, is a huge disaster in USA. And it leads to the economic declining to impact everyone in the world. Lehman Brothers with 158-years history has to be closed, Bank Merlin with 94-years history has to be sold, and top 5 investment banks in USA publish their bad financial statements. All of the news will shake us. But some worse news is coming soon. Because of the development of economic globalization, the financial crisis impacts a lot of countries and industries. Besides the financial industry, the real economy may be impacted most badly, especially the manufacturing companies. By the financial crisis’ impact, some companies are bankrupted, and unemployment rate is rising rapidly. All of these lead to the market demand declined significantly. The situation of oversupply can be found everywhere, the manufacturing companies have to reduce their capacity and decrease the stocks. At the same time, their sales and profit also become worse and worse. As the high-tech industry in the real economy, the semiconductor manufacturing companies are also impacted badly, even that some overburdened businesses have to be exit. So the “survivors” must find out some new method and ideas, to help themselves to revive in the crisis as soon as possible. In such an environment, for both USA and other countries in the world, this paper introduces and analyses the background and reasons for the subprime mortgage crisis with literature research and study. Analyses the industry from financial to real economy, and then to semiconductor industry. The purpose is found out the countermeasure to overcome the impact of the crisis. The research method in this paper includes literature research, descriptive study and data analysis, adequately explains the impact to financial, manufacturing and semiconductor industries in this crisis. Let the readers could realize the serious result that is caused by the crisis directly. At last of this paper, it is to find strategies and methods to respond to the crises. In this part, some example is taken both from internal and external. At first, the company should try its best to keep the customer from the foreign countries, and then try to develop the new technique by the cooperation with some other companies. In company’s internal part, every employee should improve the level of scientific research in the period of less capacity and apply some more patents. At the same time, utilize the government's industrial revitalization planning and rely on the vast Chinese mainland market, the companies should develop more local customers. The research result shows us that, although semiconductor manufacturing industry get deeply impact in the crisis, even that some companies have to be bankrupt and closed down. But there is some new chance in the crisis also. If the company could catch these opportunities, it is helpful to pull through and complete the development of breakthrough. For getting the good result as above, the company must have formal and strict management and spirit of “vigilant in peace time” in the daily work. When crisis is coming, it should supply the correct analysis of the situation, and do the correct response action. All of these will help the company to remain invincible in the business.
