中文摘要：	虚拟项目团队这个新的管理模式概念，在20世纪90年代快速发展起来，此后随着全球经济和信息技术的快速发展，虚拟项目团队作为团队管理的有效组织形式已经被越来越广泛的应用于各种项目的实施过程中。虚拟项目团队的优势来自其灵活高效的组织形式以及跨越时间和空间障碍使用资源的优越特性。而虚拟项目团队的沟通管理在虚拟项目团队各项关键因素中的重要地位也已经得到理论界的广泛认同。然而伴随着他的优越性，虚拟项目团队在实践中存在的问题也逐渐凸现，而虚拟项目团队的沟通管理问题则是其中最突出的问题之一，因此我们有必要对虚拟项目团队的沟通管理进行研究。 本文从虚拟项目团队沟通管理的研究背景和研究意义入手，以项目沟通管理的五个过程作为研究对象，运用理论演绎和案例分析的方法对虚拟项目团队的沟通管理问题进行探讨性研究。首先对虚拟团队理论、经典项目管理理论和虚拟团队生命周期模型这三个经典理论进行了回顾，分析了国内外对虚拟团队理论和虚拟团队生命周期模型理论的研究现状，阐述了项目沟通管理的含义和过程体系。其次，通过对虚拟项目团队沟通管理的独特性和存在的问题进行讨论，进一步说明本文所研究这一问题的普遍性和必要性，并由此引出了本文的主题—对虚拟项目团队的沟通管理研究。之后在论文的第四章，本文通过参考资料文献，借鉴一些数据建立了本文的虚拟项目团队生命周期模型，并将沟通管理包含的识别项目干系人、规划沟通、发布信息、管理干系人期望和报告绩效这五个基本管理过程引入虚拟项目团队生命周期模型中，然后对每个生命周期阶段中沟通管理的主要任务进行分析研究，对每个沟通管理过程主要发生在哪些生命周期阶段中，以及各个阶段的主要特征进行了论证。在论文的第五章，本文采用了笔者经历的NN公司的Backbone项目的案例进行实证分析，通过对这一项目在沟通管理方面实施过程及其结果的分析，进一步对本文的研究内容进行了验证。最后，基于前几章的论证和分析，在第六章中总结了本文的研究结论。 随着世界经济的不断发展和中国经济实力的不断加强，虚拟项目团队正在被越来越多地人认可，它不仅会在西方发达国家被使用，也同样会在中国被越来越广泛的使用，而虚拟项目团队的沟通管理也会越来越被人们所关注。希望本文能对虚拟项目团队的沟通管理研究做出一些有益的尝试。
英文摘要：	Virtual Project Team (VPT) - a new concept of management module - has been developed quickly since the 1990s. Afterwards, with the rapid development of global economy and information technology, VPT has been more and more widely applied in the implementation of various projects as the most efficient organizational type of project management. Virtual Project Team not only has an advantage of highly flexible and efficient virtual organization type, but also has a characteristic of efficient resource utilization to work across time and space constraints. The communication management in Virtual Project Team plays an important role in all the key elements of Virtual Project Team, which has been commonly recognized in theory. Although Virtual Project Team has its advantages, practical problems gradually showed up, one of the most critical problems is just the communication management in the virtual project team. So it is necessary to study on it. This thesis started from the researching background and purposes of the communication management of Virtual Project Team, using the five processes of classic project communication management as the researching object, and then to explanatorily studied on the communication management problems of Virtual Project Team by the application of theory deduction method and case study method. The thesis first reviewed the theories of virtual team, classic project management and the lifecycle model of virtual project team and analyzed their current research status. Through discussing the uniqueness of Virtual Project Team communication management as well as its existing problems, it then showed that the universality and necessarily of the problems studied in this thesis, from which the topic of the thesis came up. In the Chapter four, the thesis built an own VPT lifecycle model by using the achievements of formers. It put five essential management processes (i.e. clarify project team members, plan the communication, release information, monitor the expectations, report efforts) into the Virtual Project Team lifecycle model and also studied on the main responsibilities of communication management in every lifecycle phase, where each communication management process occurs in the model phase, and main characteristics of each phase. Case studies have been analyzed in the Chapter five. The author’s experience in Backbone project in Novo Nordisk that working on the execution of communication management and result analysis fully verified the contents and conclusion of this thesis. As ever-developing of global economy and ever-increasing power of Chinese economy, Virtual Project Team is also being more and more widely recognized. That means it will be used not only in the western developed countries, but also in China. Most importantly, communication management will be the focus of Virtual Project Team as well. I hope my work in this thesis be a good sample for study of Virtual Project Team communication.
