中文摘要:自从执行力的概念被引入中国之后,全国各地掀起了一股“执行”的热潮。美国学者拉里•博西迪等所著的《执行——如何完成任务的学问》一书风行大江南北,其他相关出版物和研讨论文也层出不穷。我国企业纷纷认识到“执行”的重要性,认识到致使正确的战略目标成为“纸上文章”的最根本原因在于缺乏执行力,如何提升企业执行力成为企业家和管理者最关心的话题。 这种对执行力的强烈关注与深入研究,确实在一段时间内给企业带来了经营效果的改善。但随着实际问题越来越复杂,企业执行力的进一步提升进入瓶颈状态。众多专家学者都在努力寻找执行不力的原因,针对企业中的各个方面提出解决措施,并且也提出了要形成企业执行文化的思路。但这些措施对实际问题的解决作用并不明显,对执行文化的研究也只是停留在概念性的层面上,没有具体阐述企业文化对于执行力的影响作用,缺乏可操作性。 在这种理论与实践的背景下,本研究致力于从企业文化角度剖析执行不力的原因、解决企业执行难的问题。本文结合饭店企业的特性,在分析企业文化和执行力关系的基础上构建了“基于文化视角的饭店企业执行力系统”,旨在执行力和企业文化之间之间架起一座桥梁,找出饭店企业执行不力的根源所在,解决执行力系统运作中文化因素缺失的现象,实现企业执行力的自我更新和持续提升。将企业文化理论引入执行力的研究中,将企业文化运作机制与执行力运作机制相融合,实现企业执行力的动态发展,是本文的创新所在。同时,本文也存在诸多不足之处,希望在后续研究中予以补充完善。  
英文摘要:Since the concept of “executive ability” was introduced into China, the wave of ‘Execution’ study has been keeping up surging all around China. The book ‘Execution: the Discipline of Getting Things Done’ , written by Larry Bossidy & Ram Charan, is becoming more and more popular as well as other related publications and studies. Many enterprises in China have realized the importance of ‘Execution’ and that the most basic reason of causing the right strategic target unimplemented lies in lacking of executive ability. It has become the most concerned topic for entrepreneurs and managers about how to promote executive ability This strong concern and deep research on executive ability really bring the improvement on management result for enterprises some time. But with the actual problem more and more complicated, the further promotion of enterprise executive ability meets a bottleneck. Many experts and researchers work hard to find the reason of weak executive ability, trying to provide solving measures and the thinking of executive culture. However, these measures are not as useful for the actual problems as they should be and that the researches on executive culture are staying on the conceptual level, without explanation of the relationship between corporate culture and executive ability. Therefore, these researches are short of maneuverability. Under the theoretical and practical background, this research concentrates on reason analysis of weak executive ability from the corporate culture angle, as well as resolving executive problems. Combined the characteristics of hotel enterprise and based on the relationship study on corporate culture and executive ability, the author establishes “the Hotel Executive Ability System from Corporate Culture Angle”. By the system, a bridge is build up between corporate culture and executive ability and the essential reason is found out about weak executive ability in hotel enterprises. Meanwhile, this research solves the problem of lacking culture elements in executive ability system and carries out self-renewal of the enterprise executive ability. The innovative point of this paper is that it leads the corporate culture theories into the executive ability study, combining the corporate culture operating and the executive ability operating and realizing the dynamic development of the enterprise executive ability. But this paper also has many shortages, which will be the main aspects in the further study.
